工作描述：
负责塑件外饰产品在量产工厂的新项目导入、投产推进、量产爬坡及项目变更全过程管理，统筹协调生产、质量、工艺、设备、物流、采购等相关职能部门，确保项目按计划完成投产并满足客户在质量、交付、成本及进度方面的要求，实现项目顺利量产和稳定交付。

岗位职责：
1. 负责承接新项目由开发向量产工厂的转移工作，组织项目转移评审，识别项目在工艺、质量、设备、模具、人员、产能、物流及交付方面的风险，统筹项目相关资料、技术标准、工艺文件、检验标准及客户要求在工厂端的有效承接与落地。
2. 推动项目按既定时间节点完成SOP前准备，确保量产条件满足投产要求；负责项目投产阶段的组织协调，跟踪首批量产过程状态，确保顺利投产。
3. 跟踪爬坡期间质量、效率、产能、直通率、不良率、报废率及交付达成情况；针对爬坡阶段出现的工艺、设备、人员、质量及物流问题，协调相关部门制定改善措施并推动闭环。
4. 组织并参与客户项目评审、过程审核、量产导入沟通及阶段汇报；作为工厂端项目窗口，与客户端相关人员保持有效沟通。
5. 负责量产阶段客户变更、工程变更、工艺变更及内部变更的统筹管理；组织相关部门对变更进行技术、质量、成本、库存、交付及实施风险评估。
6. 识别项目在进度、质量、成本、交付、产能及客户满意度方面的风险；对重大异常、延期风险、量产问题进行预警、升级汇报及推动资源协调。

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，本科优先；机械类、材料类、高分子材料、模具设计与制造、车辆工程、工业工程、自动化、项目管理等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上制造业项目管理、工程管理或量产导入相关工作经验；具备汽车零部件行业工作经验，有塑件、外饰件、注塑、喷涂、装配项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉汽车零部件项目管理流程及量产工厂项目推进逻辑；熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA等汽车行业常用工具。
4. 熟悉塑件外饰产品相关工艺流程，了解注塑、喷涂、电镀、装配等工艺特点。
5. 具备较强的项目协调沟通能力、问题分析与闭环推动能力，能够独立跟踪复杂项目问题。
6. 能将英语作为工作语言。

工作地点：泰国罗勇。
薪资：15-18k·15薪。

Job Description:
Responsible for end-to-end management of new project introduction, production launch, mass-production ramp-up, and project changes for plastic exterior products in the mass-production plant. Coordinate production, quality, process, equipment, logistics, procurement, and other related functions to ensure projects are launched on schedule and meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, cost, and progress, enabling smooth mass production and stable delivery.

Responsibilities:
1. Take over the transfer of new projects from development to the mass-production plant, organize project transfer reviews, identify risks related to process, quality, equipment, molds, staffing, capacity, logistics, and delivery, and coordinate the effective handover and implementation of project materials, technical standards, process documents, inspection standards, and customer requirements at the plant.
2. Drive completion of pre-SOP preparation according to established timelines to ensure mass-production conditions meet launch requirements; coordinate the production launch phase and track the first mass-production batch to ensure a smooth launch.
3. Track quality, efficiency, capacity, first-pass yield, defect rate, scrap rate, and delivery achievement during ramp-up; coordinate relevant departments to develop improvement actions for process, equipment, staffing, quality, and logistics issues and drive closure.
4. Organize and participate in customer project reviews, process audits, mass-production introduction communications, and phase reports; act as the plant-side project contact and maintain effective communication with relevant customer stakeholders.
5. Manage customer changes, engineering changes, process changes, and internal changes during mass production; organize relevant departments to assess technical, quality, cost, inventory, delivery, and implementation risks.
6. Identify risks related to schedule, quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and customer satisfaction; provide early warnings, escalate major abnormalities and delay risks, and drive resource coordination for mass-production issues.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above; bachelor’s degree preferred. Majors in mechanical engineering, materials, polymer materials, mold design and manufacturing, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering, automation, project management, or related fields are preferred.
2. More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing project management, engineering management, or mass-production introduction. Automotive parts industry experience is preferred; experience with plastic parts, exterior parts, injection molding, painting, assembly projects is a plus.
3. Familiar with automotive parts project management processes and mass-production plant project execution logic; familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other common automotive industry tools.
4. Familiar with processes for plastic exterior products and knowledgeable about injection molding, painting, electroplating, assembly, and related process characteristics.
5. Strong project coordination and communication skills, problem analysis, and closure-driving ability; able to independently follow up on complex project issues.
6. Able to use English as a working language.

Work Location: Rayong, Thailand.
Salary: 15-18k, 15 salaries per year.
