About this task

岗位目标：负责塑件外饰产品量产阶段的项目整体管理与跨部门协同，组织生产、质量、技术等部门高效承接量产要求，确保产品按期按质交付；主导客户评审与量产阶段设计/工程变更管理，维护客户满意度与经营目标。

主要职责：
1. 牵头量产承接评估，组织生产、质量、技术部门落实量产保障方案；跟踪量产爬坡、节拍达成、瓶颈工序改善，确保达产达效与稳定供货。
2. 作为量产阶段客户交付窗口之一，协调客户需求变动、交付异常、紧急插单，并进行资源调配；推动交付风险管理，制定并执行应急方案，确保交付过程质量。
3. 主导量产阶段客户评审与审核，制定迎审计划与资料清单；组织跨部门准备并审核提交材料，确保一致性与可追溯。
4. 牵头量产阶段产品设计变更/工程变更管理，组织变更影响评估；监督变更验证与导入，维护变更台账，确保变更资料及时更新与受控。
5. 牵头重大量产质量问题/客诉的跨部门闭环推进，包括快速遏制、原因分析、纠正预防和效果验证。
6. 参与量产阶段成本改善与索赔管理，推动数据收集与谈判支持。
7. 建立量产项目管理体系与团队分工，制定并推动量产项目例会机制，确保问题闭环；统筹量产项目KPI，进行月度复盘与持续改善。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历优先。
2. 8年以上汽车零部件项目、质量或制造相关经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验；熟悉塑件外饰优先。
3. 熟悉体系与工具，了解IATF16949、APQP/PPAP/CP/8D、PFMEA、SPC/MSA基本要求；具备客户审核应对经验。
4. 具备较强沟通协调能力、抗压能力和问题闭环能力；具备项目推进与数据驱动决策能力。
5. 能将英文作为工作语言，有泰语能力者优先。
6. 能够接受派驻到其他国家的基地。

薪资：22-25k CNY/月，15薪。
工作地点：泰国罗勇。

Position objective: Responsible for overall project management and cross-functional coordination during the mass production phase of plastic exterior products. Coordinate production, quality, technical and other departments to efficiently meet mass production requirements, ensure on-time and quality delivery, lead customer reviews and design/engineering change management during mass production, and maintain customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
1. Lead mass production handover assessments and coordinate production, quality and technical departments to implement mass production support plans; track production ramp-up, takt achievement and bottleneck process improvements to ensure stable output, efficiency and supply.
2. Serve as one of the customer delivery interfaces during mass production, coordinate customer demand changes, delivery abnormalities and urgent orders, and allocate resources; drive delivery risk management, develop and execute contingency plans, and ensure delivery quality.
3. Lead customer reviews and audits during the mass production phase, develop audit preparation plans and document lists; organize cross-functional preparation and review submitted materials to ensure consistency and traceability.
4. Lead product design change/engineering change management during mass production, organize change impact assessments; supervise change verification and implementation, maintain change logs, and ensure change documents are updated and controlled in a timely manner.
5. Lead cross-functional closure of major mass production quality issues/customer complaints, including rapid containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness verification.
6. Participate in cost improvement and claims management during the mass production phase, and support data collection and negotiations.
7. Establish the mass production project management system and team responsibilities, develop and drive regular project meeting mechanisms to ensure issue closure; coordinate project KPIs, conduct monthly reviews and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in automotive parts project, quality or manufacturing roles, including 3+ years of team management experience; experience with plastic exterior parts is preferred.
3. Familiar with systems and tools; understands basic requirements of IATF16949, APQP/PPAP/CP/8D, PFMEA, SPC/MSA; experience handling customer audits is required.
4. Strong communication, coordination, stress tolerance and issue-closure capabilities; project execution and data-driven decision-making ability.
5. Able to use English as a working language; Thai language ability is preferred.
6. Able to accept assignment to overseas bases.

Salary: 22-25k CNY/month, 15-month pay.
Work location: Rayong, Thailand.
