About this task

岗位职责：
负责 Keeta 在沙特本地法律事务支持，确保公司业务合规运营。
起草、审核、翻译中英文合同、协议及法律文件，协助业务部门处理各类法律问题。
处理日常法务咨询、合规检查、政府问询、政府机构沟通等事项。
协助建立和完善公司合规体系、法律风险防控机制，落实总部合规制度政策。
协调外部律师、律所及其他法律服务供应商。
支持公司内部培训、法律宣传及员工合规意识提升。

任职资格：
法律相关专业本科及以上学历，具有中国或沙特法律执业资格优先。
5 年以上涉外业务法务工作经验，有跨境法律事务处理背景。
英语流利，具备法律文件中英双语起草、翻译和沟通能力；会阿拉伯语者优先。
熟悉政府机构流程，有政府沟通能力及政府调查、问询应对经验，能够处理政府合规、调查等相关事务。
具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及跨文化适应能力。
工作细致严谨，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，乐于接受新鲜事物、迎接挑战。
有互联网、平台、物流、外卖、金融等行业法务经验者优先。

Responsibilities:
Provide local legal support for Keeta in Saudi Arabia and ensure compliant business operations.
Draft, review, and translate Chinese and English contracts, agreements, and legal documents, and assist business teams in handling legal matters.
Handle daily legal consultations, compliance reviews, government inquiries, and communications with government authorities.
Assist in establishing and improving the company’s compliance system and legal risk prevention mechanisms, and implement headquarters compliance policies.
Coordinate external lawyers, law firms, and other legal service providers.
Support internal training, legal awareness programs, and the enhancement of employees’ compliance awareness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in law or a related field; Chinese or Saudi legal practice qualification is preferred.
More than 5 years of legal experience in foreign-related business, with a background in cross-border legal matters.
Fluent English, with the ability to draft, translate, and communicate legal documents in both Chinese and English; Arabic is preferred.
Familiar with government procedures, with the ability to communicate with government authorities and handle government investigations and inquiries, including government compliance-related matters.
Strong communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and cross-cultural adaptability.
Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to embrace new challenges.
Experience in internet, platform, logistics, food delivery, finance, or related industries is preferred.
