About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责代理商管理相关日常产品运营工作，运用 AI 工具提升问题收集和闭环跟进效率，推动流程执行、运营协同和闭环跟进。
2. 沉淀代理商管理相关 SOP、操作规范、培训材料和异常处理机制。
3. 支持多方团队完成方案落地，运用 AI 工具加速数据分析和效果复盘，驱动数据导向的运营决策。

任职要求：
1. 3年以上产品运营、业务运营、项目运营或系统工具运营经验。
2. 具备较强的执行力、流程意识和问题闭环能力，能处理高频变化和跨团队协作。
3. 英语可作为工作语言。
4. 具备葡语能力、海外市场经验或代理商运营经验者优先。

薪资：45-65k

Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily product operations related to agent management, using AI tools to improve the efficiency of issue collection and closed-loop follow-up, and drive process execution, operational collaboration, and issue closure.
2. Develop SOPs, operating guidelines, training materials, and exception-handling mechanisms related to agent management.
3. Support cross-functional teams in implementing solutions, use AI tools to accelerate data analysis and performance reviews, and drive data-informed operational decisions.

Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in product operations, business operations, project operations, or system/tool operations.
2. Strong execution capability, process awareness, and ability to close issues; able to handle frequent changes and cross-team collaboration.
3. English can be used as a working language.
4. Portuguese proficiency, overseas market experience, or agent operations experience is preferred.
