Quality Engineer (QMS)

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责客户投诉、反馈、退货的分析、跟进，并整理分析报告（8D报告）。
2. 收集、汇总原辅料来料单据，监督原辅料检验，跟进新物料试用情况，及时整理试用报告及台账。
3. 对质量体系文件进行管控、资料收集、编写及体系执行情况跟踪，确保体系工作正常运转。
4. 组织开展年度内审、过程审核、产品审核，并配合通过体系外审；为客户质量管理体系审核提供支持，确保客户审核通过。
5. 负责制造过程质量管控。
6. 组织推进分公司整体品质提升。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
2. 具备IATF16949内审员资质证书或汽车产品质量体系管理经验。
3. 掌握五大工具、FMEA等质量管理工具。
4. 具备制定质量标准、工序品质优化方案的能力，能够运用现有程序方法分析并解决品质问题，推进品质管理工作落地改善。
5. 英语熟练使用。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and follow up on customer complaints, feedback, and returns, and prepare analysis reports such as 8D reports.
2. Collect and summarize incoming documentation for raw and auxiliary materials, supervise incoming material inspection, follow up on trial use of new materials, and promptly prepare trial reports and tracking records.
3. Manage quality system documents, collect and prepare related materials, and track implementation of the quality system to ensure normal operation.
4. Organize annual internal audits, process audits, and product audits, and support external system audits; provide support for customer quality management system audits to ensure successful audit results.
5. Be responsible for quality control in the manufacturing process.
6. Promote overall quality improvement across the branch.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience.
2. IATF16949 internal auditor certification or experience in automotive product quality system management.
3. Proficiency in the five core tools, FMEA, and other quality management tools.
4. Ability to establish quality standards and process quality optimization plans, analyze and solve quality issues using existing procedures and methods, and drive implementation of quality management improvements.
5. Proficient in English.
