Laboratory Supervisor

About this task

本科及以上学历，化学、化工等相关专业；3年以上相关工作经验；会英语或印尼语优先；熟练使用 Word、Excel、PPT 等办公软件。
熟悉镍铁厂生产过程中各原辅料及成品的仪器分析、化学检测分析方法；充分了解荧光光谱仪、直读光谱仪、工业分析仪、量热仪等分析设备的软硬件，并能进行标准化管理。
能够开发和验证化学分析方法，保证检测数据准确性；负责实验室人员、设备、物资、数据等统筹管理，确保科室正常运行。
工作地点：印度尼西亚青山园区。

Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field; at least 3 years of relevant work experience; English or Indonesian language ability is preferred; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office software.
Familiar with instrumental analysis and chemical testing methods for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products in the ferronickel production process; fully understands the hardware and software of analytical equipment such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, direct-reading spectrometers, industrial analyzers, and calorimeters, and can conduct standardized management.
Able to develop and validate chemical analysis methods to ensure data accuracy; responsible for coordinating laboratory personnel, equipment, materials, and data to ensure normal departmental operations.
