岗位职责:
1. 负责非洲区域整体运营管理,落地公司海外战略,推进本地主体搭建、渠道布局及业务体系建设,对区域业绩负责。
2. 深耕当地新能源市场,开拓矿业、工商业、村镇微电网等光储储能项目,维护本地代理商、政企、矿业等核心客户资源。
3. 负责区域储能项目全流程运营,统筹商务交付、回款、供应链、清关仓储及物资管理,落实成本核算与管控,管理本地团队及合作资源,把控项目合规与运营风险。
4. 负责区域品牌推广、市场调研与业务复盘,持续优化运营体系,推动区域业务稳定增长。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,新能源、电气、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2. 3年及以上非洲驻外工作经验,有储能、光伏、电力工程、新能源系统集成行业经验优先,熟悉东非、南非市场者加分。
3. 英语流利,可独立完成全英文商务对接、谈判及文书处理,适配本地化办公。
4. 具备全面的海外运营管理能力,熟悉新能源行业市场开拓、项目管控、成本管控、物流仓储统筹等全流程运营工作,具备团队管理、风险把控及资源整合能力。
5. 抗压能力强,适应长期驻外,目标感强,具备从0到1搭建海外业务的实战能力。

Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of overall operations management for the Africa region, implement the company’s overseas strategy, promote the establishment of local entities, channel layout, and business systems, and be accountable for regional performance.
2. Develop the local new energy market, explore solar-plus-storage and energy storage projects in mining, industrial and commercial, village and township microgrid scenarios, and maintain key local resources including agents, government and enterprise clients, and mining customers.
3. Manage the full-cycle operations of regional energy storage projects, coordinate business delivery, payment collection, supply chain, customs clearance, warehousing and materials management, implement cost accounting and control, manage local teams and partner resources, and control project compliance and operational risks.
4. Lead regional brand promotion, market research, and business review, continuously optimize the operations system, and drive stable regional business growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in new energy, electrical engineering, international trade, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of overseas work experience in Africa; experience in energy storage, photovoltaics, power engineering, or new energy system integration is preferred; familiarity with East African or South African markets is a plus.
3. Fluent English, with the ability to independently handle business communication, negotiations, and documentation in English, and adapt to a localized working environment.
4. Strong overseas operations management capabilities, with familiarity in the full operational workflow of the new energy industry, including market development, project management, cost control, logistics, and warehousing coordination; capable of team management, risk control, and resource integration.
5. Strong resilience under pressure, able to adapt to long-term overseas assignment, goal-oriented, and experienced in building overseas business from 0 to 1.
