Operations Management Specialist/Supervisor

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责西非区域运营的日常管理、监督与执行工作，确保各环节高效运转；
2、协调区域内各运营网点的资源调配与工作计划，优化运营流程，提升运营效率与服务质量；
3、监控并分析区域运营数据，编制运营报告，为管理决策提供数据支持；
4、推动区域运营标准和制度的落实，持续改进运营管理体系；
5、协助处理区域运营中的突发问题与客户诉求，维护良好的客户关系及公司形象；
6、配合区域团队完成运营相关的培训、考核及其他管理支持工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工程机械、管理类、国际贸易等相关专业优先；
2、具备运营管理相关工作经验，有工程机械行业或西非区域工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉运营管理流程，具备较强的数据分析、组织协调和问题解决能力；
4、具备良好的英语沟通能力，能适应西非地区的工作环境及出差要求；
5、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备团队协作精神和跨文化沟通能力。

薪资：23-35k·14薪
工作地点：加纳、科特迪瓦、几内亚、尼日利亚

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily management, supervision, and execution of operations in the West Africa region, ensuring efficient operation across all processes;
2. Coordinate resource allocation and work plans across regional operating sites, optimize operational processes, and improve operational efficiency and service quality;
3. Monitor and analyze regional operational data, prepare operational reports, and provide data support for management decisions;
4. Promote the implementation of regional operational standards and policies, and continuously improve the operations management system;
5. Assist in handling unexpected operational issues and customer requests in the region, maintaining good customer relationships and the company image;
6. Support the regional team with operations-related training, assessments, and other management support tasks.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in construction machinery, management, international trade, or related fields are preferred;
2. Relevant experience in operations management; experience in the construction machinery industry or in the West Africa region is preferred;
3. Familiarity with operations management processes, with strong data analysis, organizational coordination, and problem-solving skills;
4. Good English communication skills and the ability to adapt to the working environment and travel requirements in West Africa;
5. Proactive, responsible, and equipped with teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication skills.

Salary: 23-35k, 14 salaries per year
