仪表工程师（油气项目）

岗位要求：
1. 统招大专及以上学历，自动化、仪表、测控、电气工程等相关专业。
2. 8年以上油气地面工程管道施工经验。
3. 具有马石油（PETRONAS）项目完整执行经验。
4. 英语可作为工作语言。

岗位职责：
1. 现场施工执行：协调现场人、机、料资源，组织仪表设备安装、电缆敷设、接线、校线、回路调试等工序施工；配合装置试运行，处理试车中的仪表信号干扰、回路不通、阀门动作异常等技术问题。
2. 技术方案与制度：参与设计可施工性审查，从仪表安装空间、电缆走向、防护等级等角度提出优化建议；编制施工组织设计及仪表施工管理规章，包括设备保护、电缆敷设规范、接地要求；组织审查重大施工方案，如高压/高温区域仪表安装、本安/隔爆区域施工、大型机组联调方案。
3. 团队管理：指导下属仪表施工管理人员及仪表工的业务工作，负责绩效考核。
4. 投标支持：参与项目投标阶段的仪表工程量测算、电缆及仪表材料估算、施工机具及人工成本估算。
5. 分包商管理：编制仪表施工分包招标文件，包括技术规格、工作范围、验收标准；参与分包商招标、评标及推荐；负责分包商施工过程管控及履约绩效考核。
6. 标准规范：监督项目执行标准，如ISA、IEC、NEC及项目所在地标准的现行有效性，及时更新作废标准。
7. HSE管理：识别本岗位危险源，如高压/高温作业、受限空间、带电作业与环境因素；遵守HSE制度，参加HSE培训教育活动，落实作业安全分析及许可制度。

工作地点：阿联酋阿布扎比。

Instrumentation Engineer (Oil & Gas Project)

Requirements:
1. College degree or above from a full-time program, majoring in automation, instrumentation, measurement and control, electrical engineering, or a related field.
2. More than 8 years of experience in onshore oil and gas pipeline construction.
3. Complete project execution experience with PETRONAS projects.
4. English can be used as a working language.

Responsibilities:
1. Site construction execution: coordinate onsite manpower, machinery, and materials; organize instrumentation equipment installation, cable laying, wiring, loop checking, and loop commissioning; support unit trial runs and resolve technical issues such as signal interference, loop failures, and abnormal valve operation during commissioning.
2. Technical plans and procedures: participate in constructability reviews and provide optimization suggestions regarding instrument installation space, cable routing, protection ratings, and related matters; prepare construction organization plans and instrumentation construction management procedures, including equipment protection, cable laying standards, and grounding requirements; review major construction plans such as instrument installation in high-pressure/high-temperature areas, intrinsically safe/explosion-proof area construction, and large unit integrated commissioning plans.
3. Team management: guide subordinate instrumentation construction management staff and instrument technicians, and conduct performance evaluations.
4. Tender support: participate in instrumentation quantity take-offs, cable and instrument material estimates, and construction equipment and labor cost estimates during the project bidding stage.
5. Subcontractor management: prepare instrumentation construction subcontract tender documents, including technical specifications, scope of work, and acceptance criteria; participate in subcontractor tendering, evaluation, and recommendations; manage subcontractor construction processes and performance evaluation.
6. Standards and specifications: monitor the current validity of applicable project standards, such as ISA, IEC, NEC, and local project standards, and update obsolete standards in a timely manner.
7. HSE management: identify hazards and environmental factors related to the role, such as high-pressure/high-temperature work, confined spaces, and live electrical work; comply with HSE procedures, attend HSE training, and implement job safety analysis and permit systems.
