Coiled Tubing Operations Team Leader

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责根据公司有关规定，做好本队施工、安全、设备、人员、行政等日常管理工作。
2. 负责本队施工任务的计划和安排，在施工过程中与甲方监督保持及时有效沟通，按时完成并提交施工日报。
3. 负责处理施工过程中出现的复杂情况和事故，并及时向领导或有关技术、管理人员汇报。
4. 负责组织各类HSE和施工会议，严格按照公司相关技术规程及设备、人员安全操作规定执行。
5. 负责监督施工过程中各岗位工作情况，以及日常设备维护保养制度执行情况，管好用好设备。

任职要求：
1. 石油、机械、化学等理工类相关专业，石油类专业专科及以上学历。
2. 5年及以上连续油管施工相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉连续油管及各类配套设备。
4. 具有较强的队伍组织和管理能力。
5. 具备处理增产作业复杂情况和事故的能力。
6. 具有一定英语听说能力，有较强的英语表达意愿。

工作地点：利比亚。
薪资：25-30k。

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the crew's daily construction, safety, equipment, personnel, and administrative work in accordance with company regulations.
2. Plan and arrange the crew's construction tasks, maintain timely and effective communication with the client's supervisor during operations, and complete and submit daily construction reports on time.
3. Handle complex situations and incidents during operations, and report promptly to leaders or relevant technical and management personnel.
4. Organize various HSE and construction meetings, and strictly implement the company's technical procedures and safety operating regulations for equipment and personnel.
5. Supervise the work of each position during operations, as well as the implementation of routine equipment maintenance procedures, ensuring proper equipment management and use.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in petroleum, machinery, chemistry, or other science and engineering-related majors; petroleum-related major preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant coiled tubing operation experience.
3. Familiar with coiled tubing and related supporting equipment.
4. Strong team organization and management skills.
5. Ability to handle complex situations and incidents in production enhancement operations.
6. Basic English listening and speaking ability, with a strong willingness to communicate in English.

Work location: Libya.
Salary: 25-30k.
