About this task

岗位职责：
1、为重大决策事项提供数据支持和转型研究报告，定期提出企业经营状况分析和预测报告。
2、组织召开经济活动分析会议，研究解决生产经营中存在的问题；负责分析实际经营数据，制定整改计划并跟踪监督实施，及时改进问题；按月与总公司运营中心业务对接并完成工作汇报。
3、组织完成年度预算和滚动预算，执行并监督预算，确保资源合理分配和利用，并根据实际经营情况动态进行预算控制与调整。
4、组织运营项目投资后评估、盈亏平衡测算和项目复盘工作。
5、审核施工结算数据、人员激励数据、毛利润考核数据等；结合业务需求设计并制定多元化激励方案，驱动业绩目标达成。
6、管理和监控结算业务，确保结算工作准确、合规、高效。
7、负责所属团队的日常管理、工作分配、人才培养与绩效提升，打造高效协作的专业团队。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济分析、俄语相关专业。
2、具有8年以上俄语区同行业财务管理或经营管理相关工作经验，了解石油行业业务流程。
3、熟练掌握俄语，能用俄语进行业务交流。
4、具备数据分析能力，能整理归纳公司运营数据；熟悉俄罗斯投标体系，能独立完成标书；熟悉财务管理、预算管理，了解行业、企业运作及财务系统；具备全面预算编制和预算分析能力，熟练使用IC财务软件和办公软件。
5、责任心强，团队意识强，综合素质高，积极主动，思路清晰。

工作地点：俄罗斯秋明。
薪资：25-40k·14薪。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide data support and transformation research reports for major decision-making matters, and regularly prepare business performance analysis and forecast reports.
2. Organize economic activity analysis meetings to study and resolve issues in production and operations; analyze actual operating data, develop corrective action plans, track and supervise implementation, and make timely improvements; coordinate monthly with the headquarters operations center and complete required reports.
3. Organize the annual budget and rolling budget, implement and supervise budget execution, ensure proper allocation and use of resources, and dynamically control and adjust budgets based on actual business conditions.
4. Organize post-investment evaluations, break-even analyses, and project reviews for operational projects.
5. Review construction settlement data, personnel incentive data, gross profit assessment data, and related information; design and formulate diversified incentive plans according to business needs to effectively drive performance targets.
6. Manage and monitor settlement operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
7. Manage the team’s daily operations, work allocation, talent development, and performance improvement to build an efficient and collaborative professional team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economic analysis, Russian, or related fields.
2. More than 8 years of financial management or business operations management experience in the same industry within Russian-speaking regions, with knowledge of business processes in the petroleum industry.
3. Proficient in Russian and able to communicate in Russian for business purposes.
4. Strong data analysis skills and ability to organize and summarize company operating data; familiar with the Russian bidding system and able to independently complete tender documents; familiar with financial management and budget management; understands industry and enterprise operations and financial systems; capable of preparing comprehensive budgets and conducting budget analysis; proficient in IC financial software and office software.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, high overall capability, proactive attitude, and clear thinking.

Salary: 25-40k · 14 months.
