Regional Director, Russian-Speaking Markets

About this task

岗位职责：
1、全面统筹俄语区国家的销售及运营管理工作。
2、制定区域发展策略、渠道拓展规划、代理商管理策略及促销策略，并推动实施。
3、根据市场需求、产品资源及区域营销资源配置，制定产品拓展和结构调整策略，支撑销售指标达成。
4、制定并落实区域短、中、长期销售计划、费用预算和盈利计划，并按产品线、时间线进行目标分配与分解。
5、负责团队组建、培养、职责分配、绩效管理及激励，指导员工职业发展；建立并执行区域销售管理制度，确保销售政策落地。
6、制定区域风险预测和成本控制方案，负责当地相关公关事务。

任职资格：
1、有海外销售和运营管理经验，熟悉俄语区国家医药市场，包括药房、连锁药店、医药代理商等销售渠道及拓展工作。
2、至少8年以上医药行业工作背景，3年以上同等职位工作经验。
3、本科及以上学历，药物制剂、药学、市场营销等相关专业。
4、俄语、普通话可作为工作语言，英语流利者或具备当地小语种能力者优先。
5、具备较强的统筹能力、抗压能力和执行力。

薪资：25-40k。
工作地点：石家庄。

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee sales and operational management across Russian-speaking countries.
2. Develop and implement regional development strategies, channel expansion plans, agent management strategies, and promotion strategies.
3. Based on market demand, product resources, and regional marketing resource allocation, develop product expansion and portfolio adjustment strategies to support the achievement of sales targets.
4. Formulate and implement short-, medium-, and long-term regional sales plans, expense budgets, and profit plans, and allocate and break down targets by product line and timeline.
5. Manage team building, training, responsibility allocation, performance management, and incentives; guide employees in career development; establish and implement regional sales management systems to ensure sales policies are executed.
6. Develop regional risk forecasting and cost-control plans, and handle relevant local public relations matters.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in overseas sales and operations management; familiarity with pharmaceutical markets in Russian-speaking countries, including sales channels and expansion work involving pharmacies, chain drugstores, and pharmaceutical agents.
2. At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in an equivalent position.
3. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmaceutics, pharmacy, marketing, or related fields.
4. Russian and Mandarin can be used as working languages; fluency in English or proficiency in a relevant local minority language is preferred.
5. Strong coordination, stress-resistance, and execution capabilities.

Salary: 25-40k.
