Regional Business & AI Project Operations Manager - Africa

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 深入一线业务，挖掘适合 AI 优化的业务场景，并协调技术团队推动 AI 方案从概念到原型验证（POC）快速落地。
2. 负责 AI 解决方案在非洲多国的规模化推广，统筹设备物流、网络连接及本地用户培训等全流程。
3. 建立数据监控体系，追踪 AI 工具使用率及业务成效，及时诊断并解决运营故障。
4. 设计并执行培训与宣贯计划，推动组织变革，提升本地团队对 AI 工具的接受度与熟练度。
5. 作为业务与技术团队的桥梁，收集一线反馈并驱动产品迭代，形成“使用-反馈-优化”闭环。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上业务运营或项目管理经验；具备非洲市场工作或项目经验者优先。
2. 具备出色的跨部门协调与问题解决能力，能够理解业务痛点并转化为技术语言，数据敏感度高。
3. 中文和英语可作为工作语言，具备流利口头及书面沟通能力。
4. 能接受并适应频繁前往非洲各国的出差安排。

工作地点：南非约翰内斯堡。
薪资：25-35k。

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prioritize business scenarios suitable for AI optimization, and coordinate with technical teams to drive rapid validation of AI solutions from concept to proof of concept (POC).
2. Lead the scaled rollout of AI solutions across multiple African countries, overseeing end-to-end processes including equipment logistics, connectivity, and local user training.
3. Establish data-driven monitoring systems to track AI tool usage and business impact, and promptly diagnose and resolve operational issues.
4. Design and execute training and awareness programs to support change management and improve local teams’ acceptance and proficiency in using AI tools.
5. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, collecting frontline feedback and driving product iteration to create a closed loop of use, feedback, and optimization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in business operations or project management; prior work or project experience in the African market is preferred.
2. Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills, ability to understand business pain points and translate them into technical requirements, and high data sensitivity.
3. Mandarin Chinese and English can be used as working languages, with fluent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Willing and able to travel frequently to various African countries as required.
