About this task

核心目标：
作为海外业务单元的独立经营者，对属地的利润与增长负全责，实现自主经营与持续发展。

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责本地销售额、成本与利润，达成经营目标。
2. 负责甲方生产项目运营的全盘管理，对项目业绩与利润负责。
3. 主导本地市场策略、业务开拓及日常运营管理。
4. 搭建并管理本地团队，贯彻经营理念，激发团队经营者意识。
5. 确保属地所有经营活动合法合规，管控市场、运营等风险。
6. 高效协同总部资源，参与内外部协作，推动整体目标达成。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关行业经验，其中至少2年独立负责海外市场（印尼）或业务单元全面经营管理并承担P&L责任的经验。
2. 具备优秀的数据分析与经营核算能力，对数字敏感，能基于报表快速决策。
3. 具备出色的跨文化团队管理与领导力，能有效激励、培养多元化团队。
4. 熟悉当地市场商业环境、法律法规及用工政策，具备较强的风险意识。
5. 英语或当地官方语言可作为工作语言，沟通流畅。
6. 具备外包相关行业生产运营端管理经验，或5年以上大型制造企业（500人以上）工厂长或制造部长级以上工作经验；具备强烈的经营者意识、责任心和结果导向。

薪资：25-40k。
工作地点：印度尼西亚雅加达。

Core Objective:
As the independent operator of an overseas business unit, take full responsibility for local profit and growth, and achieve autonomous operation and sustainable development.

Responsibilities:
1. Take overall responsibility for local sales, costs, and profits, and achieve business targets.
2. Oversee end-to-end operations management of the client's production projects and be accountable for project performance and profitability.
3. Lead local market strategy, business development, and daily operations management.
4. Build and manage the local team, implement the business philosophy, and inspire an entrepreneurial mindset within the team.
5. Ensure all local business activities are legal and compliant, and manage market, operational, and other risks.
6. Efficiently coordinate headquarters resources, participate in internal and external collaboration, and drive the achievement of overall goals.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years of experience independently managing an overseas market (Indonesia) or a business unit with full P&L responsibility.
2. Strong data analysis and business accounting skills, sensitivity to numbers, and the ability to make quick decisions based on reports.
3. Excellent cross-cultural team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams effectively.
4. Familiarity with the local business environment, laws and regulations, and employment policies, with strong risk awareness.
5. English or the local official language can be used as a working language, with fluent communication skills.
6. Experience in production operations management in an outsourcing-related industry, or more than 5 years of experience as a factory director or manufacturing department head or above in a large manufacturing enterprise with more than 500 employees; strong business-owner mindset, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.

Salary: 25-40k.
