About this task

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责生产基地整体运营统筹与管理，搭建运营管理体系、工作流程及标准，保障基地高效稳定运行。
2. 运用 IE 工业工程、精益管理理念，主导流程优化、效率提升、人效改善、成本控制等运营改善项目。
3. 搭建并落地运营考核体系，制定关键运营指标（效率、质量、交付、成本、安全等），组织考核实施、数据监控与复盘改进。
4. 统筹跨部门协同，组织运营会议、问题闭环与项目推进，对接集团与现场，协调解决重大运营问题。
5. 负责运营团队管理、制度落地、跨文化沟通，推动运营管理标准化、规范化。
6. 完成运营数据分析、报告输出及上级交办的其他运营管理工作。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，3 年以上制造业运营管理、工厂管理、精益或 IE 相关管理经验。
2. 熟悉 IE、精益理念及改善方法，具备运营体系搭建与流程优化能力。
3. 具备运营统筹、指标设计、考核落地、组织推动能力，擅长数据化管理与跨部门协同。
4. 有工厂运营或驻厂经验优先，机械或装备制造行业背景优先。
5. 具备优秀的团队管理、跨文化沟通及抗压能力。
6. 英语可作为工作语言优先，逻辑清晰、统筹力强，具备体系化管理思维。

工作地点：墨西哥蒙特雷。
薪资：25-40k。

Responsibilities:
1. Take overall responsibility for the operation and management of the production base, establish the operations management system, workflows, and standards, and ensure efficient and stable operation of the base.
2. Apply industrial engineering and lean management concepts to lead operational improvement projects such as process optimization, efficiency enhancement, workforce productivity improvement, and cost control.
3. Build and implement an operations performance evaluation system, define key operational indicators covering efficiency, quality, delivery, cost, safety, and other areas, and organize assessment, data monitoring, review, and continuous improvement.
4. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, organize operations meetings, drive issue closure and project progress, connect headquarters with the site, and resolve major operational issues.
5. Manage the operations team, implement systems and policies, support cross-cultural communication, and promote standardized and structured operations management.
6. Complete operations data analysis, reporting, and other operations management tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of management experience in manufacturing operations, factory management, lean management, or industrial engineering.
2. Familiar with IE, lean concepts, and improvement methods, with the ability to build operations systems and optimize processes.
3. Strong capabilities in overall operations coordination, KPI design, assessment implementation, organizational driving, data-driven management, and cross-functional collaboration.
4. Experience in factory operations or on-site plant work is preferred; background in machinery or equipment manufacturing is preferred.
5. Excellent team management, cross-cultural communication, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Ability to use English as a working language is preferred, with clear logic, strong coordination skills, and systematic management thinking.

Salary: 25-40k.
