Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist

About this task

岗位职责：
1、根据业务要求对货物进行离港前的相应操作和后段跟踪，严格按照操作规范，有序完成客户委托要求；
2、规避因个人疏忽导致额外费用产生，并针对客观因素导致的问题和额外费用，积极主动采取相应措施，为客户解决问题、节省成本；
3、协同销售跟踪业务全段，了解全部进展，做好国内发货人与国外代理之间的沟通及相关工作衔接。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，国际贸易等相关专业毕业，英语水平较好，熟悉单证英语；
2、亲切随和、耐心细致，积极主动，具有较好的服务意识和沟通协调能力；
3、熟悉海运出口操作流程，能独立、熟练处理海运后程清关派送等流程，有货代行业经验者优先。

工作地点：洛杉矶

Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform pre-departure cargo operations and subsequent tracking according to business requirements, strictly following operating procedures and completing customer instructions in an orderly manner.
2. Avoid additional costs caused by personal negligence; for issues and extra costs caused by objective factors, proactively take appropriate measures to solve problems for customers and reduce costs.
3. Work with the sales team to track the full business process, understand overall progress, and coordinate communication and handoffs between domestic shippers and overseas agents.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, preferably in International Trade or a related major; good English proficiency and familiarity with documentation English.
2. Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong service awareness and communication and coordination skills.
3. Familiar with ocean export operation processes; able to independently and proficiently handle subsequent customs clearance and delivery processes for ocean shipments. Experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
