About this task

岗位职责：
1、主导快递、卡车运输等多模式物流渠道的开发与筛选，制定并执行成本优化策略，提升整体供应链效能。
2、负责承运商合同审核与谈判，确保商务条款合规且有利，有效管控法律风险与运营成本。
3、持续开拓优质运力资源，建立弹性的供应链体系，确保业务连续性。
4、与承运商各层级建立并维护长期稳固的战略合作伙伴关系，争取优先资源与政策倾斜。
5、主导处理重大物流争议、账单审计及索赔案件，通过高效申诉机制确保公司资产安全。

6、英语母语水平。

工作地点：美国加州洛杉矶，线下全职。

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and selection of multi-mode logistics channels, including express delivery and trucking, and formulate and execute cost optimization strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
2. Review and negotiate carrier contracts to ensure commercial terms are compliant and favorable, while effectively controlling legal risks and operating costs.
3. Continuously develop high-quality capacity resources and build a flexible supply chain system to ensure business continuity.
4. Establish and maintain long-term, stable strategic partnerships with carrier stakeholders at all levels, securing priority resources and favorable policies.
5. Lead the handling of major logistics disputes, billing audits, and claims cases, ensuring company asset security through an efficient appeal mechanism.

Requirements:
1. Excellent business negotiation skills and the ability to achieve win-win outcomes in complex business environments.
2. Strong strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of the impact of logistics terms on business and the ability to make decisions centered on company interests.
3. Excellent resource integration capability, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to build deep trust with partners.
4. Extensive experience in logistics channel development and management, with familiarity with logistics channel operations in the United States.
5. Strong cross-department collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate domestic and overseas business teams.
6. Native-level English proficiency.
