岗位职责：
1. 负责园区内机电系统（供配电、空调、消防、给排水等）的日常维护与保养。
2. 制定年度、月度维护计划，并确保按时执行。
3. 管理内部维护人员及外包维保单位，监督现场工作质量。
4. 处理各类设施故障，组织应急抢修并跟进整改。
5. 建立设备台账和维护记录，确保资料完整可追溯。
6. 参与设备改造和升级项目，提出维护优化建议。
7. 确保所有维护工作符合安全规范和法规要求。
8. 协调运营、项目、客户等相关部门，支持日常维护需求。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机电、电气、暖通等相关专业。
2. 3年以上数据中心或大型设施维护管理经验，有园区级管理经验者优先。
3. 熟悉供配电、空调、消防、给排水等系统的维护流程及常见故障处理方法。
4. 具备团队管理或外包维保团队管理经验，能独立安排并监督维护工作。
5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能配合运营、客户、项目等多方工作。
6. 具备良好的英文沟通能力，会中文者优先。
7. 责任感和安全意识强，熟悉相关法规和安全操作规范。
8. 持有相关行业认证（如电工证、空调维修证、CDCP等）者优先。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and servicing of electromechanical systems on the campus, including power supply and distribution, air conditioning, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and related systems.
2. Develop annual and monthly maintenance plans and ensure they are executed on schedule.
3. Manage internal maintenance staff and outsourced maintenance service providers, and supervise the quality of on-site work.
4. Handle various facility failures, organize emergency repairs, and follow up on corrective actions.
5. Establish equipment ledgers and maintenance records to ensure complete and traceable documentation.
6. Participate in equipment renovation and upgrade projects and provide suggestions for maintenance optimization.
7. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Coordinate with operations, project, customer, and other relevant teams to support daily maintenance needs.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in electromechanical, electrical, HVAC, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of maintenance management experience in data centers or large-scale facilities; campus-level management experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with maintenance processes and common troubleshooting methods for power supply and distribution, air conditioning, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and related systems.
4. Experience managing internal teams or outsourced maintenance teams, with the ability to independently arrange and supervise maintenance work.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with operations, customers, project teams, and other stakeholders.
6. Good English communication skills; Chinese language ability is preferred.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness, and familiarity with relevant regulations and safe operating procedures.
8. Relevant industry certifications, such as electrician certificate, air-conditioning maintenance certificate, or CDCP, are preferred.
