About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外团播直播内容策划，包括日赛、周赛、月赛和特殊主题直播等，通过内容玩法提升营收。
2. 培训和管理海外团播主播，保障主播出勤率、行业认知及对直播流程和任务的熟悉度。
3. 配合拍摄剪辑团队安排并策划主播拍摄任务，打造良好的 IP 形象。
4. 管理本地员工团队，包括主持人、团播助理、舞蹈教练、妆造师等。
5. 统计主播流水任务，计算主播提成，定期进行数据分析与复盘，持续优化团播团队内容玩法和营收流水。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 英文优秀，能作为工作语言，必须通过大学英语六级。
3. 性格外向，擅长沟通，具备一定管理能力。
4. 擅长数据分析。
5. 有海外团播运营经验者优先。

工作时间：朝九晚六。
薪资福利：30-40k，16薪；购买广州五险一金；驻外菲律宾期间每天 30 美金补贴。
工作地点：菲律宾，具体地址面试告知。

Responsibilities:
1. Plan content for overseas group livestreaming, including daily, weekly, monthly competitions and special themed livestreams, and drive revenue through content formats and engagement mechanics.
2. Train and manage overseas group livestream hosts, ensuring attendance, industry understanding, and familiarity with livestreaming processes and tasks.
3. Coordinate with the filming and editing team to arrange and plan hosts' shooting tasks and build a strong IP image.
4. Manage the local staff team, including presenters, group livestream assistants, dance coaches, makeup and styling staff, and related roles.
5. Track hosts' revenue-related tasks, calculate host commissions, conduct regular data analysis and reviews, and continuously optimize content formats and revenue performance for the group livestreaming team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Excellent English, able to use it as a working language; CET-6 is required.
3. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and certain management capabilities.
4. Strong data analysis skills.
5. Overseas group livestreaming operations experience is preferred.

Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Compensation and benefits: 30-40k, 16-month salary; Guangzhou social insurance and housing fund; USD 30 daily allowance while stationed in the Philippines.
