About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外团播直播的内容策划，包括日赛、周赛、月赛和特殊主题直播等，通过内容玩法提升营收。
2. 培训和管理海外团播主播，保障主播出勤率，提升主播对行业的认知并确保熟悉直播流程和任务。
3. 配合拍摄剪辑团队安排、策划主播拍摄任务，打造良好的 IP 形象。
4. 管理本地员工团队，包括主持人、团播助理、舞蹈教练、妆造师等。
5. 统计主播流水任务，计算主播提成，定期进行数据分析和复盘，持续优化团播团队内容玩法和营收流水。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 英语优秀，可作为工作语言，必须通过大学英语六级。
3. 性格外向，擅长沟通，具备一定管理能力。
4. 擅长数据分析。
5. 有海外团播运营经验者优先。

工作时间：朝九晚六。
福利：购买广州五险一金；驻外菲律宾期间每天 30 美金补贴。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for content planning for overseas group livestreaming, including daily, weekly, monthly competitions and special themed livestreams, and drive revenue through content formats and engagement mechanics.
2. Train and manage overseas group livestream hosts, ensure attendance, improve their understanding of the industry, and make sure they are familiar with livestreaming processes and tasks.
3. Work with the filming and editing team to arrange and plan shooting tasks for hosts, building a strong IP image.
4. Manage the local staff team, including hosts, group livestream assistants, dance coaches, makeup and styling staff, etc.
5. Track hosts' revenue tasks, calculate host commissions, conduct regular data analysis and reviews, and continuously optimize the group livestream team's content formats and revenue performance.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Excellent English, able to use it as a working language; CET-6 is required.
3. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and certain management capability.
4. Strong data analysis skills.
5. Overseas group livestream operations experience is preferred.

Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Benefits: Guangzhou social insurance and housing fund; USD 30 daily allowance during assignment in the Philippines.
