Internet Operations Manager

About this task

常驻地：肯尼亚 / 坦桑尼亚 / 赞比亚 / 加纳 / 尼日利亚等。

工作职责：
1. 负责互联网产品的当地运营、公关和管理工作，对项目相关核心目标负责。
2. 洽谈当地商务合作，推进落实当地各项工作，并持续优化。
3. 处理当地常规运营事宜，维护当地有效资源。
4. 管理当地运营和客服团队，提升团队战斗力和服务质量。
5. 跨部门沟通协作，具备独立判断能力和决策能力。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，有多年常驻非洲工作经历，英语或法语熟练。
2. 3年以上互联网相关产品海外从业经验。
3. 对互联网运营体系有深入了解和实践经验。
4. 对数据敏感，结果导向，能够通过数据发现问题，具备良好的逻辑分析能力。
5. 具备优秀的沟通协作能力，责任心强，抗压能力佳。

薪资：30-45k CNY/月。

Base location: Kenya / Tanzania / Zambia / Ghana / Nigeria, etc.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for local operations, public relations, and management of internet products, and take ownership of key project objectives.
2. Negotiate local business partnerships, drive implementation of local initiatives, and continuously optimize them.
3. Handle routine local operations and maintain effective local resources.
4. Manage local operations and customer service teams to improve team effectiveness and service quality.
5. Communicate and collaborate across departments, with the ability to make independent judgments and decisions.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, multiple years of experience based in Africa, and proficiency in English or French.
2. More than 3 years of overseas experience with internet-related products.
3. In-depth understanding and practical experience in internet operations systems.
4. Data-sensitive and results-oriented, able to identify problems through data, with strong logical analysis skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good ability to work under pressure.

Salary: 30-45k CNY/month.
