About this task

岗位职责
- 负责区域内 BMS / EPMS / EMS 集成技术标准的制定与治理，建立统一的监控规范、协议要求及数据质量标准。
- 主导区域 colocation 机房 EMS 集成项目，推动内部工程团队、第三方机房服务商与平台供应商协同交付。
- 开发和维护集成工具、数据校验脚本及平台组件，推动监控接入、配置部署与质量保障自动化。
- 作为区域复杂集成问题的技术升级支持人，主导故障根因分析、复盘与永久性整改闭环。
- 审核并验证第三方机房实施的电气与 HVAC 自动化控制逻辑，确保满足可靠性、能效与安全要求。
- 开展自动化基础设施技术风险评估，包括单点故障分析、冗余验证及整改推动。
- 建设区域技术培训体系，提升部署工程师及本地 FM / FE 团队的技术能力。
- 与全球总部协同推进平台路线图、技术标准演进及工具建设，代表区域参与全球架构评审。

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气、机械、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先。
- 8 年以上基础设施运维相关经验，并具备较强的技术主导或技术领导能力。
- 基础设施/厂务背景候选人需深入理解 BMS / EPMS 架构，熟悉 Modbus、BACnet、SNMP、MQTT 等协议，并具备多厂商环境下的系统集成和故障排查经验。
- 云计算/平台工程背景候选人需具备云服务交付、基础设施自动化、SRE 或平台工程经验，熟悉可观测性、自动化部署及事件响应体系。
- 熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Python、Go、Java），具备开发生产级工具的能力。
- 有多站点技术标准建设、集成治理或平台化推进经验者优先。
- 具备较强的复杂问题分析能力、跨团队协作能力以及优秀的沟通和文档能力。
- 能接受国际出差（约 30% 以内），具备中英文流利沟通能力者优先。

工作地点：香港/吉隆坡/伦敦，公司支持海外工作签证办理。
薪资：30-45k

Responsibilities
- Develop and govern regional BMS / EPMS / EMS integration technical standards, and establish unified monitoring specifications, protocol requirements, and data quality standards.
- Lead EMS integration projects for regional colocation data centers, coordinating delivery among internal engineering teams, third-party data center service providers, and platform vendors.
- Develop and maintain integration tools, data validation scripts, and platform components to automate monitoring onboarding, configuration deployment, and quality assurance.
- Act as the technical escalation owner for complex regional integration issues, leading root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and permanent corrective actions.
- Review and validate electrical and HVAC automation control logic implemented by third-party data centers to ensure reliability, energy efficiency, and safety requirements are met.
- Conduct technical risk assessments for automated infrastructure, including single point of failure analysis, redundancy validation, and remediation follow-up.
- Build a regional technical training system to improve the capabilities of deployment engineers and local FM / FE teams.
- Collaborate with global headquarters on platform roadmaps, technical standards evolution, and tool development, and represent the region in global architecture reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, computer science, or related fields are preferred.
- More than 8 years of infrastructure operations experience, with strong technical ownership or technical leadership capabilities.
- Candidates with an infrastructure/facilities background should have deep understanding of BMS / EPMS architecture, be familiar with Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT and other protocols, and have experience in system integration and troubleshooting in multi-vendor environments.
- Candidates with a cloud computing/platform engineering background should have experience in cloud service delivery, infrastructure automation, SRE, or platform engineering, and be familiar with observability, automated deployment, and incident response systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java, with the ability to develop production-grade tools.
- Experience in multi-site technical standards development, integration governance, or platformization is preferred.
- Strong complex problem analysis, cross-team collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to accept international travel of up to approximately 30%; fluent Chinese and English communication skills are preferred.

Work location: Hong Kong / Kuala Lumpur / London. The company supports overseas work visa processing.
