岗位：HSE经理（海外油气项目）

任职要求：
1. 15年及以上国际大型EPC工程项目HSE管理经验；
2. 熟悉并掌握国际施工验收规范，具备团队管理经验和能力；
3. 拥有工程行业认可的HSE相关证书，包括但不限于NEBOSH、CSP、OHST等；
4. 英语可作为工作语言，可接受长期海外出差。

岗位职责：
1. 制定HSSE目标计划及技术措施，监督检查执行情况，负责日常生产全过程中HSSE体系的运行；
2. 定期组织相关部门召开HSSE现场分析会议，掌握生产过程动态信息，及时向项目经理汇报；
3. 负责组织施工人员进行入场前HSSE教育；
4. 深入现场巡回检查，对各类直接作业环节进行HSSE监督，及时纠正违章行为，督促隐患整改，遇紧急情况责令停止作业；
5. 参加项目部HSSE检查及事故调查处理；
6. 负责HSSE管理记录、台账、资料的整理、归档和上报工作。

薪资：面议，参考薪资35-45k。

Position: HSE Manager (Overseas Oil and Gas Project)

Requirements:
1. 15 years or more of HSE management experience in large international EPC engineering projects;
2. Familiar with international construction acceptance standards, with team management experience and capability;
3. Holds recognized HSE-related certificates in the engineering industry, including but not limited to NEBOSH, CSP, OHST, etc.;
4. Able to use English as a working language and willing to accept long-term overseas business travel.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop HSSE objectives, plans, and technical measures, supervise and inspect their implementation, and be responsible for the operation of the HSSE system throughout daily production activities;
2. Regularly organize relevant departments to hold on-site HSSE analysis meetings, monitor dynamic information during production, and report to the project manager in a timely manner;
3. Organize HSSE induction training for construction personnel before site entry;
4. Conduct regular on-site inspections, supervise HSSE in various direct work activities, correct violations promptly, follow up on hazard rectification, and order work suspension in emergencies;
5. Participate in project HSSE inspections and accident investigation and handling;
6. Organize, archive, and report HSSE management records, ledgers, and documents.

Salary: Negotiable, reference salary 35-45k.
