About this task

岗位职责：
全面负责泰国曼谷数据中心项目现场管理工作，包括：
1. 对接客户，做好客户服务，跟进客户意见处理及反馈；
2. 负责项目所在地外部对接、管理与协调，保障项目顺利实施；
3. 管理各专业工程师，协调各专业施工安排；
4. 主持项目工程会议，解决施工中的问题；
5. 管理施工单位及其他项目参与方；
6. 把控现场施工质量，跟进质量问题整改；
7. 作为项目现场安全管理主要负责人，做好安全部署、安排、管理要求及标准落实；
8. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 常驻泰国，英语可作为工作语言；
2. 有多个大型数据中心（2000柜以上）施工管理经验，并全过程参与项目建设；
3. 具备较强的管理协调能力和抗压能力；
4. 善于沟通，能够与各部门同事有效交流；
5. 团队意识强，能够与同事和睦相处并增强团队凝聚力；
6. 对工作有热情，能有计划地安排工作，积极主动。

Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for on-site management of a data center project in Bangkok, Thailand, including:
1. Liaise with clients, provide customer service, and follow up on client feedback, handling, and responses;
2. Manage and coordinate external communications and local project-related matters to ensure smooth implementation;
3. Manage engineers across disciplines and coordinate construction arrangements among different specialties;
4. Chair project engineering meetings and resolve construction-related issues;
5. Manage construction contractors and other project stakeholders;
6. Control on-site construction quality and follow up on rectification of quality issues;
7. Serve as the primary person responsible for on-site safety management, including safety deployment, arrangements, management requirements, and standards implementation;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:
1. Based in Thailand long term; English can be used as the working language;
2. Experience in construction management for multiple large-scale data center projects with over 2,000 cabinets, with full-cycle participation in project construction;
3. Strong management, coordination, and stress-resistance abilities;
4. Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments;
5. Strong team awareness, ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, and contribute to team cohesion;
6. Enthusiastic about work, able to plan tasks effectively, and proactive.
