岗位：系泊船长助理

任职要求：
1. 50岁以下，本科或以上学历，英语优秀。
2. 5年以上海事管理、船舶管理、FPSO管理、系泊主管、驾驶员及海上输油作业管理经验。
3. 掌握CALM型单点系泊系统结构、原理，精通国际海事组织相关标准、规范、导则。
4. 能够指导油轮及终端团队完成系泊、输油、离泊作业，并处理突发情况。
5. 能够指导各团队完成系统内维护保养等作业。
6. 能够协调和部署船舶运行、潜水、输油、溢油等团队，共同完成装油操作、船舶指挥、码头及工作船维护、航道清淤、引水指挥和监督、系泊和离泊操作等工作。

岗位职责：
1. 协助全面负责终端油轮单点系泊、离泊及装油操作。
2. 指挥工作船、油轮协同工作，确保油轮安全、可靠、高效完成系泊、离泊。
3. 在靠泊单点作业过程中，负责指挥油轮、工作船舶和相关作业人员的具体操作。
4. 协助外输作业油轮的资格预审和相关检查。
5. 负责油轮装载前检查、文件签署、作业时间等相关问题协调处理。
6. 全程监护油轮装载过程。
7. 负责油轮装载结束后的检查、文件签署及协调相关部门检查。
8. 负责文件、记录、表单等上传和存档。
9. 原油外输作业过程中，在油轮上负责指挥和值守，确保作业过程安全可控。
10. 代表甲方在现场签署相关文件。
11. 在海事总监的指挥和安排下，负责单点相关附属设备的日常检验和维保工作。
12. 组织编制单点操作及维护手册、表格及程序文件。
13. 指导并指挥SPM系统投产，并组织编制体系文件。
14. 负责编制、校准、审核及培训原油外输作业英文指导文件。
15. 与当地海事部门沟通协调，及时处理争议和矛盾。
16. 协助海事监督相关专业人才培养。

待遇与休假：月薪48000元，提供意外险。上3个月休1个月，或上2个月休2个月；休假工资3000元。

Position: Assistant Mooring Master

Requirements:
1. Under 50 years old, bachelor's degree or above, with excellent English proficiency.
2. More than 5 years of experience in maritime management, vessel management, FPSO management, mooring supervision, navigation officer duties, and offshore oil export operation management.
3. Familiar with the structure and principles of CALM single point mooring systems, and proficient in relevant IMO standards, codes, and guidelines.
4. Able to guide tanker and terminal teams in mooring, oil transfer, and unmooring operations, and handle emergencies.
5. Able to guide teams in system maintenance activities.
6. Able to coordinate and deploy vessel operation, diving, oil transfer, and oil spill response teams to jointly complete loading operations, vessel command, terminal and workboat maintenance, channel dredging, pilotage command and supervision, mooring and unmooring operations, and related work.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overall responsibility for terminal tanker single point mooring, unmooring, and loading operations.
2. Command workboats and tankers to work together, ensuring tankers complete mooring and unmooring safely, reliably, and efficiently.
3. During single point berthing operations, direct the specific operations of tankers, workboats, and relevant personnel.
4. Assist with pre-qualification and related inspections of tankers for export operations.
5. Handle coordination regarding pre-loading tanker inspections, document signing, operation timing, and related issues.
6. Monitor the entire tanker loading process.
7. Conduct post-loading inspections, document signing, and coordinate inspections with relevant departments.
8. Upload and archive documents, records, forms, and related materials.
9. During crude oil export operations, provide command and watchkeeping on board the tanker to ensure safe and controlled operations.
10. Sign relevant documents on site on behalf of the client.
11. Under the direction and arrangement of the Maritime Director, carry out routine inspection and maintenance of single point mooring auxiliary equipment.
12. Organize the preparation of single point operation and maintenance manuals, forms, and procedure documents.
13. Guide and command the commissioning of the SPM system and organize the preparation of system documents.
14. Prepare, calibrate, review, and provide training on English-language crude oil export operation guidance documents.
15. Communicate and coordinate with local maritime authorities and promptly handle disputes and conflicts.
16. Assist in the development of maritime supervision professionals.

Compensation and leave: Monthly salary of CNY 48,000, with accident insurance. Work 3 months and take 1 month off, or work 2 months and take 2 months off; leave salary is CNY 3,000.
