IDC Engineering Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责泰国数据中心项目的全周期管理，包括规划、设计、施工及交付。
2. 协调跨部门资源，确保项目按时按质完成，年度交付目标达成率≥95%。
3. 管理项目预算，控制成本偏差在±5%以内。
4. 对接当地政府机构，确保项目符合泰国建筑法规及数据中心标准。

任职要求：
1. 建筑工程、机电工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，PMP认证优先。
2. 5年以上IDC建设经验，至少主导过2个Tier 3+级别数据中心项目。
3. 熟悉当地建筑规范，具备BIM技术应用能力。
4. 英语能力为加分项；能适应长期海外工作，有东南亚项目经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of data center projects in Thailand, including planning, design, construction, and delivery.
2. Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality, achieving an annual delivery target completion rate of at least 95%.
3. Manage project budgets and control cost deviations within ±5%.
4. Liaise with local government authorities to ensure projects comply with Thai building regulations and data center standards.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of IDC construction experience, with experience leading at least two Tier 3+ data center projects.
3. Familiarity with local building codes and ability to apply BIM technology.
4. English proficiency is a plus; ability to adapt to long-term overseas work; Southeast Asia project experience is preferred.
