Operations Director

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责墨西哥合资公司筹建及生产运营体系搭建；
2. 统筹中墨两地团队协作，每日处理跨时区会议；
3. 建立标准化运营流程，实现皮带传动系统产品正常生产；
4. 主导本地化团队建设，完成核心岗位招聘。

任职要求：
1. 10年以上制造业运营管理经验，3年以上海外工厂筹建实战经历；
2. 精通西班牙语/英语商务谈判，具备跨文化团队管理能力；
3. 熟悉ISO9001/TS16949等国际认证体系；
4. 能适应长期外派。

工作地点：墨西哥城，墨西哥
薪资：45-50k

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the establishment of the joint venture company in Mexico and build its production and operations system;
2. Coordinate collaboration between teams in China and Mexico, and handle cross-time-zone meetings on a daily basis;
3. Establish standardized operating procedures to ensure normal production of belt transmission system products;
4. Lead local team building and complete recruitment for key positions.

Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of operations management experience in manufacturing, with over 3 years of hands-on experience in overseas factory setup;
2. Proficient in Spanish and English business negotiations, with cross-cultural team management capability;
3. Familiar with international certification systems such as ISO9001/TS16949;
4. Able to accept long-term overseas assignment.
