About this task

岗位职责：
1. 制定印尼及周边区域3-5年运营战略，聚焦数据中心管理、算力资源调配及技术服务支持体系搭建。
2. 分析印尼政策动向，包括数据本地化法规、外资投资限制等，确保合规运营与资源高效配置。
3. 主导印尼本地化运营架构落地，包括数据中心运维、本地技术团队管理，以及电信运营商、政府机构、ISV等合作伙伴生态维护。
4. 建立跨区域协作流程，优化算力资源调度、技术服务响应（SLA标准）及成本控制机制。
5. 拓展与印尼关键合作伙伴的战略合作，推动算力资源在政务、金融等领域的应用；代表公司参与本地行业论坛、政策研讨，维护企业声誉与政府关系。
6. 组建本地化技术运营团队，包括运维工程师、客户支持、合规专员等，制定人才培养与绩效管理体系。
7. 协调总部产研部门，推动技术方案适配本地需求。
8. 应对印尼数据主权政策、网络安全法规等要求，建立合规数据管理流程；监控资源利用率、服务故障率、客户满意度等运营健康指标并定期汇报。

任职要求：
1. 10年以上科技行业高级运营管理经验，8年以上东南亚数据中心/云计算运营背景，印尼经验优先。
2. 精通算力基础设施运营，包括IDC运维、GPU集群管理、网络优化等，熟悉印尼ICT政策环境。
3. 具备本地化团队从0到1搭建经验，曾主导跨国企业印尼子公司设立或重大项目落地。
4. 英语流利，印尼语熟练者优先。
5. 熟悉印尼外资经营限制、劳工法规及宗教文化禁忌。
6. 拥有印尼电信、能源、政府部门资源网络者优先，能够协调解决数据中心电力、土地等关键问题。
7. 具备危机处理能力，能够应对自然灾害、社会动荡等对数据中心连续运营的影响。

工作地点：印度尼西亚雅加达。
薪资：50-80k·13薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a 3-5 year operations strategy for Indonesia and surrounding regions, focusing on data center management, computing resource allocation, and the establishment of technical service support systems.
2. Analyze policy trends in Indonesia, including data localization regulations and foreign investment restrictions, to ensure compliant operations and efficient resource allocation.
3. Lead the implementation of localized operations in Indonesia, including data center operations and maintenance, local technical team management, and the maintenance of partner ecosystems such as telecom operators, government agencies, and ISVs.
4. Establish cross-regional collaboration processes and optimize computing resource scheduling, technical service response based on SLA standards, and cost control mechanisms.
5. Develop strategic cooperation with key partners in Indonesia, promote the application of computing resources in sectors such as government affairs and finance, and represent the company in local industry forums and policy discussions to maintain corporate reputation and government relations.
6. Build a localized technical operations team, including operations engineers, customer support, and compliance specialists, and establish talent development and performance management systems.
7. Coordinate with headquarters' product and R&D teams to adapt technical solutions to local requirements.
8. Respond to Indonesian data sovereignty policies, cybersecurity regulations, and related requirements; establish compliant data management processes; monitor operational health indicators such as resource utilization, service failure rate, and customer satisfaction; and report regularly.

Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of senior operations management experience in the technology industry, with over 8 years of data center or cloud computing operations experience in Southeast Asia; Indonesia experience is preferred.
2. Strong expertise in computing infrastructure operations, including IDC operations and maintenance, GPU cluster management, and network optimization; familiarity with Indonesia's ICT policy environment.
3. Experience building localized teams from scratch and leading the establishment of an Indonesian subsidiary or the delivery of major projects for a multinational company.
4. Fluent English; proficiency in Indonesian is preferred.
5. Familiarity with Indonesia's foreign investment restrictions, labor regulations, and religious and cultural considerations.
6. Existing networks with Indonesian telecom, energy, and government departments are preferred, with the ability to coordinate and resolve key issues such as data center power and land resources.
7. Strong crisis management capability to handle the impact of natural disasters, social unrest, and similar events on continuous data center operations.

Work location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
Salary: 50-80k · 13-month pay.
