About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责美国分公司从0到1建设，包括团队搭建、人才培养、目标管理等相关工作。
2. 负责统筹管理分公司区域市场开发及客户维护工作；负责船东渠道资源的开发与维护。
3. 负责行业市场信息的整合和分析，为公司战略制定及流程优化提供建议。
4. 定期向总公司提交公司经营状况报告，并实现总公司下达的绩效目标。
5. 定期评估各岗位员工工作表现，对下属任免提出建议，落地公司文化，并完成领导交办的其他临时工作。

任职资格：
1. 物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业大专以上学历，掌握英语、中文。
2. 具有国际货代、贸易物流、船运港口、航空航运等相关行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验；具备客户或渠道资源者优先；有海外销售经验者优先。
3. 具有优秀的经营管理能力、领导力以及人际交往和社会活动能力。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building the U.S. branch from the ground up, including team formation, talent development, goal management, and related work.
2. Oversee regional market development and customer maintenance for the branch; develop and maintain shipowner channel resources.
3. Integrate and analyze industry market information, and provide recommendations for company strategy formulation and process optimization.
4. Regularly submit business operation reports to the head office and achieve the performance targets assigned by the head office.
5. Regularly evaluate employee performance, provide recommendations on subordinate appointments and dismissals, implement company culture, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above in logistics management, international trade, or related fields; proficiency in English and Chinese.
2. More than 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, trade logistics, shipping ports, aviation/shipping, or related industries, including more than 3 years in a similar role; candidates with customer or channel resources are preferred; overseas sales experience is preferred.
3. Excellent business management capability, leadership, interpersonal skills, and social networking ability.
