About this task

岗位：财务会计，2名。

任职要求：
1. 40岁以下，大学本科及以上学历（学信网可查），财务会计相关专业，3年及以上工作经验。
2. 熟悉哈萨克斯坦/乌兹别克斯坦财经、会计政策者优先。
3. 具有注册会计师证书者优先。
4. 俄语能力强者优先。

岗位职责：
1. 负责日常账务核算与凭证审核，确保账务合规准确，按时完成结账对账。
2. 编制财务报表，开展财务分析，为经营决策提供数据支持。
3. 统筹资金运营，监控资金状况，防范资金风险，提高资金效率。
4. 负责税务申报与缴纳，跟进财税政策，确保合规，维护税企关系。
5. 管控成本费用，执行预算审批，分析预算差异，提出优化建议。

薪资福利：税前险前年薪20-25万元，五险一金。上3个月休1个月。

工作地点：哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦。

Position: Financial Accountant, 2 openings.

Requirements:
1. Under 40 years old, bachelor's degree or above verifiable on CHSI, major in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years of work experience.
2. Familiarity with finance, accounting, and tax policies in Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan is preferred.
3. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
4. Strong Russian language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily accounting and voucher review to ensure compliant and accurate accounts, and complete closing and reconciliation on time.
2. Prepare financial statements and conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
3. Coordinate fund operations, monitor cash status, prevent financial risks, and improve fund efficiency.
4. Handle tax filing and payment, follow up on fiscal and tax policies, ensure compliance, and maintain relationships with tax authorities.
5. Control costs and expenses, implement budget approval processes, analyze budget variances, and propose optimization suggestions.

Compensation and benefits: Annual pre-tax and pre-insurance salary of RMB 200,000-250,000, with social insurance and housing fund. Work 3 months followed by 1 month off.

Work location: Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
