岗位：计划控制经理（海外油气项目）

任职要求：
1. 建筑工程、工程管理或统计相关专业；英语可作为工作语言；能够接受长期海外出差。
2. 10年及以上国际石油天然气EPC工程项目进度计划管理经验或统计管理经验。
3. 熟练运用P6软件。

工作职责：
1. 负责工程项目总进度计划、月/周施工计划的编制、报审与落地跟踪。
2. 运用P6、Project等软件排布工期，梳理关键线路，把控整体施工节点。
3. 实时监控现场进度，对比计划与实际偏差，分析滞后原因，出具纠偏措施。
4. 对接业主、监理、分包单位，上报进度报表、S曲线、进度台账。
5. 统筹人、机、料资源匹配计划，协调交叉施工、工序衔接问题。
6. 参与工程变更、工期索赔、进度风险预判及管控。
7. 整理进度资料，归档计划文件，配合竣工验收及项目复盘。

薪资待遇：年薪45-100万人民币，优秀者可议。

Position: Planning Control Manager, Overseas Oil & Gas Project

Requirements:
1. Major in construction engineering, engineering management, statistics, or a related field; English can be used as a working language; able to accept long-term overseas assignments.
2. 10 or more years of schedule planning management or statistical management experience in international oil and gas EPC projects.
3. Proficient in P6 software.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, submit for approval, implement, and track the overall project schedule as well as monthly and weekly construction plans.
2. Use P6, Project, and other software to schedule project timelines, identify critical paths, and control overall construction milestones.
3. Monitor on-site progress in real time, compare planned versus actual progress, analyze causes of delays, and propose corrective measures.
4. Coordinate with the owner, supervision team, and subcontractors; submit progress reports, S-curves, and progress ledgers.
5. Coordinate resource-matching plans for manpower, machinery, and materials; resolve issues related to cross-operation and process interfaces.
6. Participate in project changes, schedule claims, and schedule risk forecasting and control.
7. Organize schedule-related documents, archive planning files, and support project completion acceptance and project review.

Location: Indonesia, specific address to be provided during interview.
Compensation: Annual salary of CNY 450,000-1,000,000, negotiable for outstanding candidates.
