任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、化工、英语等相关专业。
2. 10年以上行业采购经验，具备国外石油天然气EPC项目采购背景。
3. 5年以上海外油气地面设施EPC项目经理经验。
4. 具备油气行业相关项目管理经验；或20年以上相关工作经验。
5. 英语可无障碍交流，能够在相关领域进行演讲。

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外石油天然气地面设施EPC项目的执行工作，对工程项目启动、规划、执行、监督、收尾进行全过程、全方位管理。
2. 编制项目工程预算、进度计划表、人员职责表、施工组织计划和WBS，并在项目管理过程中逐步推行绩效和挣值管理。
3. 根据项目需要组织工艺、电气、机械、工程等各专业技术联络会，对受控前的工程设计方案进行优化和审核。
4. 组织编制项目施工方案、作业指导书和调试方案，包含工艺、电气仪表等内容。
5. 负责与公司各参与部门、设计及工程协作单位、业主代表、监理工程师等相关人员沟通协调，并负责现场施工期间的管理工作，保障项目顺利实施。
6. 做好项目过程及竣工资料收集归档，编写项目工程总结报告、技术总结报告和项目周报。
7. 组织工程项目相关技术培训，补充完善项目实施过程中的模板表格，推进项目部规范化管理。
8. 完成领导安排的其他工作任务。

薪资待遇：年薪50-100万人民币，优秀者可议。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, chemical engineering, English, or a related field.
2. More than 10 years of procurement experience in the industry, with a procurement background in overseas oil and gas EPC projects.
3. More than 5 years of experience as a project manager for overseas oil and gas surface-facility EPC projects.
4. Project management experience in the oil and gas industry, or more than 20 years of relevant work experience.
5. Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations in relevant fields.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the execution of overseas oil and gas surface-facility EPC projects, managing the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
2. Prepare project budgets, schedules, responsibility matrices, construction organization plans, and WBS, and gradually implement performance and earned value management during project execution.
3. Organize technical liaison meetings for process, electrical, mechanical, engineering, and other disciplines as required, and optimize and review engineering design plans before they come under control.
4. Organize the preparation of project construction plans, work instructions, and commissioning plans, including process, electrical, and instrumentation content.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, design and engineering partners, owner representatives, supervision engineers, and other stakeholders, and manage onsite construction activities to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Collect and archive project process and completion documents, prepare project summary reports, technical summary reports, and weekly project reports.
7. Organize technical training related to engineering projects, improve templates and forms used during project implementation, and promote standardized project department management.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Compensation: Annual salary of RMB 500,000-1,000,000, negotiable for outstanding candidates.
