工作内容：
负责从上游到下游的全流程数据分析工作，从数据应用角度帮助客户解决业务问题。
- 数据加工、汇总、抽取
- 数据分析方案设计与执行
- 构建机器学习等模型
- 设计和构建仪表盘
- 实施业务举措并进行效果分析
- 生成式 AI 应用中的数据利用与数据整备

涉及数据类型包括：通信运营商大数据、制造业购买数据、体育投注/彩票购买数据、位置信息数据、公用事业客户数据、积分卡购买数据、电视及视频应用观看数据、EC 网站和手机应用行为数据、Web 广告数据等。

任职要求：
- 有各类服务的数据分析经验
- 有客户沟通、协调及演示汇报经验
- 有 BI 工具构建经验
- 有管理经验或后辈指导经验，如 PM、PL、导师等

- 具备数字营销相关知识
- 具备特定行业的商业知识，如商业模式等
- 具备机器学习相关知识或构建经验
- 具备生成式 AI 相关知识或构建经验

Position: Data Analyst
Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan
Annual salary: JPY 5,000,000-8,000,000

Responsibilities:
You will be involved in the full data analysis process from upstream to downstream, helping clients solve business issues through data utilization.
- Process, aggregate, and extract data
- Design and conduct data analysis
- Build models such as machine learning models
- Design and build dashboards
- Implement measures and analyze their effectiveness
- Utilize and prepare data for generative AI applications

Data types include telecom big data, purchase data from manufacturers, sports lottery purchase data, location data, large-scale utility customer data, point card purchase data, TV and video app viewing data, EC site and mobile app behavior data, web advertising data, and more.

Requirements:
- Experience analyzing data for various services
- Experience communicating, negotiating, and presenting to clients
- Experience building BI tools
- Management experience or experience guiding junior members, such as PM, PL, or mentor roles

Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital promotion
- Business knowledge in specific industries, such as business models
- Knowledge of or experience building machine learning solutions
- Knowledge of or experience building generative AI solutions
- Experience designing and building DWH/DM
