【データサイエンティスト】リモート勤務可／上場企業
勤務地：東京都渋谷区
給与：500万円〜800万円

業務内容：
・プロダクト戦略・改善のためのデータ分析、インサイト抽出
・分析結果に基づいたプロダクト改善、マーケティング改善、新規施策の提案
・施策実施後の効果検証
・KPI設定、可視化、リリース後に確認すべきKPIの提案と可視化
・経営層や他チームを含む幅広い関係者とのコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進

必須要件：
・SQLでのデータ抽出経験
・データ分析基盤の構築、メンテナンス経験
・BIツール利用経験（テーブル設計、構築経験を含む）
・対話スキル

歓迎要件：
・データ分析を用いたサービス改善経験
・データ基盤をリプレイスするプロジェクト経験
・統計学の基礎知識（統計検定2級相当以上）
・機械学習の基礎知識（初級的な書籍を読了し、実装した経験）

Data Scientist position with remote work available at a listed company.
Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Salary: JPY 5,000,000–8,000,000 per year

Responsibilities:
・Analyze data and extract insights to support product strategy and improvement.
・Propose product improvements, marketing improvements, and new initiatives based on analysis results.
・Verify the effectiveness of initiatives after implementation.
・Set KPIs, create visualizations, and propose and visualize the KPIs to monitor after release.
・Drive work forward while communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including management and other teams.

Required qualifications:
・Experience extracting data with SQL.
・Experience building and maintaining data analysis infrastructure.
・Experience using BI tools, including table design and implementation.
・Strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:
・Experience improving services through data analysis.
・Experience with data infrastructure replacement projects.
・Basic knowledge of statistics, equivalent to Japan Statistical Society Certificate Grade 2 or higher.
・Basic knowledge of machine learning, including having read and implemented content from introductory books.
