三、岗位职责
1. 负责越南新公司各类非BOM类物资采购工作，涵盖生产设备、办公物资、日常运维耗材、后勤配套物资等。
2. 根据越南公司运营需求，对接供应商完成询价、比价、议价、下单、合同对接、交期跟进等全流程采购工作，保障物资、设备及时到位，满足公司日常运营及生产配套需求。
3. 负责采购台账整理、采购资料归档，跟进采购物资验收、售后对接等后续工作，把控采购成本与采购质量。
4. 维护及开发优质供应商，建立稳定的越南本地及国内供货渠道，优化采购资源，保障采购供应链稳定。
5. 配合公司各项驻外工作安排，对接越南公司各部门采购需求，及时响应并高效落地各类采购任务。

四、任职要求
1. 具备3年及以上采购相关工作经验，有设备采购、非生产物料采购经验者优先。
2. 大专及以上学历优先，具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力，可适配涉外工作对接；熟悉越南语更佳。
3. 能够接受在越南长期、连续出差驻场工作，适应海外工作环境，服从公司驻外工作安排。
4. 具备良好的成本把控意识、谈判能力、沟通协调能力及执行力，工作细致严谨，责任心强，熟悉采购基本流程及供应商管理模式。

III. Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the procurement of various non-BOM materials for the Vietnam new company, including production equipment, office supplies, daily operation and maintenance consumables, logistics support materials, and related items.
2. Based on the operational needs of the Vietnam company, coordinate with suppliers to complete the full procurement process, including inquiry, quotation comparison, negotiation, order placement, contract coordination, and delivery follow-up, ensuring that materials and equipment arrive on time to meet daily operational and production support needs.
3. Maintain procurement ledgers and archive procurement documents; follow up on material acceptance, after-sales coordination, and other subsequent matters; control procurement costs and quality.
4. Maintain and develop high-quality suppliers, establish stable local Vietnam and domestic supply channels, optimize procurement resources, and ensure supply chain stability.
5. Cooperate with overseas work arrangements, connect with procurement needs from various departments of the Vietnam company, respond promptly, and efficiently implement procurement tasks.

IV. Requirements
1. At least 3 years of procurement-related experience; experience in equipment procurement or non-production material procurement is preferred.
2. College degree or above is preferred; good English reading, writing, and communication skills are required for international work coordination; familiarity with Vietnamese is a plus.
3. Able to accept long-term and continuous onsite work or business trips in Vietnam, adapt to an overseas working environment, and comply with overseas work arrangements.
4. Strong cost-control awareness, negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills, and execution ability; detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, and familiar with basic procurement processes and supplier management models.
