Autonomous Driving Test Delivery Engineer (Dubai)

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责自动驾驶开放道路测试，根据测试需求制定安全、合理、高效的自动驾驶测试方案。
2. 熟悉自动驾驶和车辆理论，负责跟踪测试中出现的缺陷和问题，并积极推动解决，能够提出合理建议。
3. 负责运营上下车点和路网的交付，包括阶段交付目标设计、目标达成等工作。
4. 负责运营质量的跟踪和保障，清除运营安全隐患，保障高质量交付。
任职资格：
1. 具有丰富的测试经验和质量管理经验，有大型海外项目管理经验者优先。
2. 具有很强的沟通协调能力，英语流利。
3. 可接受一定程度的海外出差，支持各地区路测。
4. 车辆工程、计算机、自动化、电子及相关专业本科及以上学历。
5. 具有较强的逻辑思维和理解能力，细致严谨，有强烈的 ownership。
工作地点与周期：驻阿联酋迪拜，驻外时长 6-12 个月。
薪资：25-50K·16薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for autonomous driving open-road testing and for developing safe, reasonable, and efficient autonomous driving test plans based on testing requirements.
2. Familiar with autonomous driving and vehicle theory; responsible for tracking defects and issues found during testing, actively driving resolution, and providing reasonable suggestions.
3. Responsible for delivering operational pick-up/drop-off points and road networks, including phased delivery goal design and achievement.
4. Responsible for tracking and ensuring operational quality, eliminating operational safety hazards, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive testing experience and quality management experience; experience in managing large overseas projects is preferred.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills, with fluent English.
3. Willing to accept a certain level of overseas travel and support road testing in various regions.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above in vehicle engineering, computer science, automation, electronics, or related fields.
5. Strong logical thinking and comprehension ability; detail-oriented, rigorous, and with a strong sense of ownership.
Location and duration: stationed in Dubai, UAE for 6-12 months.
Salary: 25-50K, 16-month pay.
