About this task

岗位职责：
1. 承接组织目标和业务节奏，负责业务团队目标体系的系统性设计与拆解，包括中长期业务规划、季度/月度目标设定、业务达成路径拆解及资源匹配。
2. 确保组织目标一致且可承接，主导绩效体系设计与运营，保障业务团队绩效方案及时、准确，支持业务团队达成结果。
3. 系统跟踪市场动态、竞争格局与业务节奏，持续评估目标合理性，并根据业务阶段和策略变化及时调整目标。
4. 建立整合的目标追踪机制，输出有数据支撑的经营分析报告（MBR/WBR/DBR），支持管理层决策。
5. 探索将 AI/机器学习工具应用于业务异动预警与趋势预测，提升分析的前瞻性与时效性。
6. 针对重点业务问题开展专项经营分析，综合运用数据分析、用户洞察、市场研究等方法，输出可落地的策略建议。
7. 独立承接从问题定义、框架设计到结论呈现的全链路分析工作，为管理层提供高质量经营洞察。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、商业分析或商科相关专业。
2. 5 年及以上商业分析、目标管理或经营分析相关经验；有头部互联网或咨询公司背景者优先；有外卖、本地生活或电商平台经历者优先。
3. 具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能够独立拆解复杂业务问题并进行量化建模。
4. 熟练使用 SQL 进行数据提取与分析，掌握至少一种数据可视化/分析工具，具备扎实的数理统计基础。
5. 对 AI 工具在商业分析/目标管理场景的应用有实战经验或浓厚兴趣，了解 LLM 辅助分析、AI 预测模型等在经营管理中的落地逻辑。
6. 使用 AI 工具时严格遵守公司及所在国家/地区的数据安全与合规要求，具备数据安全意识和合规操作习惯。
7. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够高效推动多方资源对齐，并将分析结论转化为可执行的业务动作。
8. 良好的英文听说读写能力优先；熟练使用 SQL 优先。

Responsibilities:
1. Translate organizational goals and business rhythm into a systematic goal framework for business teams, including mid- to long-term business planning, quarterly/monthly goal setting, path-to-target breakdown, and resource matching.
2. Ensure organizational goals are aligned and executable; lead the design and operation of the performance management system to ensure timely and accurate performance plans that support business results.
3. Systematically track market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business rhythm; continuously evaluate goal reasonableness and adjust targets according to business stage and strategic changes.
4. Build an integrated goal tracking mechanism and deliver data-supported business review reports (MBR/WBR/DBR) to support management decisions.
5. Explore the application of AI and machine learning tools to business anomaly alerts and trend forecasting to improve forward-looking analysis and timeliness.
6. Conduct special business analysis on key issues, combining data analysis, user insights, and market research to produce actionable strategic recommendations.
7. Independently own the full analytical workflow from problem definition and framework design to conclusion presentation, providing high-quality business insights for management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, business, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, goal management, or business operations analysis; experience at a leading internet company or consulting firm is preferred; experience in food delivery, local services, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
3. Strong structured thinking skills and the ability to independently break down complex business problems and perform quantitative modeling.
4. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis, skilled in at least one data visualization/analysis tool, and solid in mathematical statistics.
5. Practical experience or strong interest in applying AI tools to business analysis or goal management; understanding of how LLM-assisted analysis and AI forecasting models can be implemented in business management.
6. Strictly comply with company and local data security and compliance requirements when using AI tools; maintain strong data security awareness and compliant operating habits.
7. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, able to align multiple stakeholders efficiently and translate analytical conclusions into executable business actions.
8. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred; proficiency in SQL is preferred.
