Job Description
1. IT Operations & Availability: Lead the end-to-end operation and maintenance of server hardware and network equipment. Develop and execute O&M strategies to ensure maximum system stability and meet SLA-defined performance metrics.
2. Incident & Risk Management: Establish mechanisms to identify technical risks early. Oversee emergency response plans to minimize downtime and ensure rapid root-cause resolution for critical server and network issues.
3. Process Standardization: Define and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows. Ensure all work orders, hardware repairs, and risk closures are documented and executed accurately and compliantly.
4. Technical Support and Innovation: Introduce and use IT tools to automate routine tasks and improve troubleshooting efficiency. Provide technical guidance to resolve complex onsite hardware or connectivity challenges.
5. Leadership & Talent Development: Manage the data center IT O&M team, including performance appraisals, technical training, and talent pipeline building. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
6. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners. Coordinate resources to mitigate operational risks and support large-scale business deployments.

Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or another relevant domain.
2. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IT operations management, specifically focused on server and network hardware. Prior experience in a large-scale data center environment is highly preferred.
3. Deep knowledge of server architecture, network infrastructure, and IT service delivery principles; expertise in ITSM frameworks.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding rigorous uptime and repair-time SLAs in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and coordinate multi-party resources to deliver complex projects on schedule.
6. Exceptional communication and emergency-handling skills. Proactive, highly responsible, and able to remain composed during critical system outages.
7. Fluency in English is required as the primary working language. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or another local language is a significant advantage.
8. This is an onsite position requiring physical presence at the facility during business days.

Overseas locations: France, Netherlands, Brazil, Japan, Malaysia. Assignment duration: long-term overseas assignment. Salary: 30-60K, 16 salaries.
