核心职责：负责数据中心机电基础设施（供配电、制冷、消防、安防）日常运维管理，建立设施运维制度、巡检规范与预防性维护计划，统筹内部团队与外包服务商日常工作，主导重大设备故障应急响应，推动能效提升与系统优化改造。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉 Tier III/IV 级数据中心机电系统架构与运维规范，具备供配电、制冷、消防等系统扎实技术功底，能独立判断设备运行状态与故障根因。
2. 具备 7×24 小时 OnCall 响应与重大故障应急指挥能力，可快速定位问题并主导跨团队协同恢复。
3. 8 年以上数据中心设施运维经验，3 年以上团队管理经验，具备外包团队日常管控、绩效考核与质量把关能力。
4. 具备 ITIL 流程体系建设能力，能推动运维规范化与 PUE 能效持续优化。
5. 具备强烈的责任心、风险预判意识与跨部门沟通协调能力。

Work location: South Korea. Working language: Korean. Overseas assignment duration: 1 year.
Key responsibilities: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of data center electromechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling, fire protection, and security systems. Establish facility operations and maintenance procedures, inspection standards, and preventive maintenance plans. Coordinate internal teams and outsourced service providers, lead emergency responses to major equipment failures, and drive energy-efficiency improvements and system optimization upgrades.
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Tier III/IV data center electromechanical system architecture and operations standards, with solid technical expertise in power distribution, cooling, fire protection, and related systems; able to independently assess equipment operating status and identify root causes of failures.
2. Capable of 24/7 on-call response and emergency command for major incidents, with the ability to quickly locate issues and lead cross-team recovery efforts.
3. More than 8 years of data center facility operations and maintenance experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience; able to manage outsourced teams, performance evaluation, and quality control.
4. Capable of building ITIL process systems and promoting standardized operations and continuous PUE energy-efficiency optimization.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and cross-department communication and coordination skills.
