岗位职责
1、负责大模型产品的端到端交付实施，包括项目计划、安装部署、系统配置、监控维护及最终验收，确保项目成功交付。
2、负责 Kubernetes 集群、监控系统及中间件平台的建设与维护，持续优化系统性能、可靠性和可用性。
3、负责服务器、网络等基础设施的规划、搭建与管理，保障交付环境的安全稳定。
4、作为主要技术接口人，负责对客沟通与服务，理解客户需求，管理客户期望，及时反馈项目进展，提升客户满意度。
5、编写部署手册、运维文档和技术方案，开展用户培训与技术支持，推动知识沉淀与经验复用。
6、与研发、测试等团队协作，并提供交付后的培训与技术支持，确保项目顺利移交与持续运行。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业全日制本科及以上学历。
2、具有 3 年及以上 Linux 应用运维相关工作经验，具备技术项目交付或运维项目管理经验者优先。
3、熟悉 Kubernetes 的部署及使用，至少具备 2 年 Kubernetes 维护经验。
4、熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana 等开源监控软件的配置及自定义监控模板编写。
5、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，熟练掌握 Shell 或 Python 等脚本编程。
6、熟练掌握 Linux 系统下常见应用部署及排错，如 Nginx、MySQL、Redis、Tomcat、MongoDB、ELK 等；具备集群部署能力者优先。
7、具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够使用英语进行技术交流、文档编写和项目交付；有海外项目实施经验者优先。
8、具备良好的沟通协作能力、客户服务意识和责任心，能适应海外出差。
9、具备大模型相关产品运维、交付经验优先。
驻外国家/地区：阿尔及利亚、摩洛哥、埃及、阿联酋、新加坡。工作语言：英语。驻外时长：3~6个月。

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for end-to-end delivery and implementation of large-model products, including project planning, installation and deployment, system configuration, monitoring and maintenance, and final acceptance, ensuring successful project delivery.
2. Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, monitoring systems, and middleware platforms, and continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and availability.
3. Plan, build, and manage servers, networks, and other infrastructure to ensure a secure and stable delivery environment.
4. Serve as the main technical interface for customers, communicate with and serve customers, understand customer needs, manage expectations, provide timely project updates, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Write deployment manuals, operations documents, and technical solutions; conduct user training and technical support; and promote knowledge accumulation and reuse of experience.
6. Collaborate with R&D, testing, and other teams, and provide post-delivery training and technical support to ensure smooth handover and continuous operation.
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related major.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Linux application operations and maintenance; experience in technical project delivery or operations project management is preferred.
3. Familiar with Kubernetes deployment and usage, with at least 2 years of Kubernetes maintenance experience.
4. Familiar with the configuration of open-source monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and the writing of custom monitoring templates.
5. Familiar with Linux operating systems and proficient in scripting with Shell or Python.
6. Proficient in deploying and troubleshooting common applications on Linux, such as Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Tomcat, MongoDB, and ELK; cluster deployment experience is preferred.
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to conduct technical communication, document writing, and project delivery in English; overseas project implementation experience is preferred.
8. Good communication and collaboration skills, customer service awareness, and sense of responsibility; able to adapt to overseas business travel.
9. Experience in operations, maintenance, and delivery of large-model related products is preferred.
Overseas countries/regions: Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore. Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: 3 to 6 months.
