About this task

工作职责
1、负责项目过程开发指令的接收与发放，负责部门项目组织机构的建立，参与各专业进行项目前期预研究及可行性分析。
2、根据项目开发指令，组织各专业编制项目生产准备二层计划；根据产品开发项目管理部书面下发的项目一层计划，组织各专业编制项目生产准备三层计划；协助规划经理组织各专业编制项目投资计划。
3、负责项目集管理，包括在建项目年度、季度计划及预算符合性审查、收集及汇总，项目变动关联影响分析；负责各项目之间的进度协同，满足业务需求，重大项目变动提请可行性分析。
4、负责项目质量、进度、成本工作的推进及分析，协助项目组进行项目质量、进度、成本目标分解与分析，推进项目按计划进行。
5、负责项目组范围内信息接口，确保项目信息在项目组内部及时沟通与落实。
6、收集项目信息，建立项目信息跟踪表，及时预警项目风险问题，组织各专业进行阶段性项目总结，定期在项目组内传递项目信息，并做出准确分析与提案。
7、协助建立与优化部门项目管理制度，规范项目各阶段工作流程。
8、负责项目例会、项目专题会的组织与参加，包括会议材料准备、人员组织、会议纪要整理及问题跟踪等，配合项目门审核、项目体系审核等相关工作。
9、负责职责范围内资料及时归档及保密，包括项目大事记、项目原始相关资料收集、项目管理涉密保密工作。
任职资格
1、具备汽车制造工艺技术背景，10 年以上汽车制造行业经验，其中至少 5 年专注于四大工艺（冲压、焊装、涂装、总装）的规划、设计、实施或优化工作，对至少 1-2 个核心工艺有深入理解。
2、具备国际项目管理经验，成功主导过至少 1-2 个大型海外汽车工厂完整工艺规划及实施项目，并担任核心管理角色（项目经理/总监级别）。
3、具备跨文化领导力与沟通协调能力，理解并尊重不同文化背景下的工作方式、沟通习惯和商业礼仪；有长期在目标区域（如欧洲、美洲等）工作经验者优先；能够在复杂、高压、文化多元环境下激励、指导并带领大型跨国团队达成目标；具备专业的中英文或其他目标区域主要语言商务沟通能力。
4、具备海外适应性与韧性，能适应频繁且长期的海外出差，适应海外生活和工作环境。
5、本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化、工业工程、制造工程等相关专业背景，硕士或 MBA 优先。
6、英语听说读写流利，或掌握西班牙语等目标国家语言；了解海外投资、劳工、环保、税务、进出口等方面的基本法规。
驻外国家/地区：阿根廷。工作语言：英语、中文。驻外时长：6~12个月。

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for receiving and issuing project process development instructions, establishing the department's project organization structure, and participating in preliminary research and feasibility analysis with each discipline.
2. According to project development instructions, organize each discipline to prepare level-2 production preparation plans; according to the level-1 project plan issued in writing by the product development project management department, organize each discipline to prepare level-3 production preparation plans; assist the planning manager in organizing each discipline to prepare project investment plans.
3. Be responsible for program management, including compliance review, collection, and summary of annual and quarterly plans and budgets for projects under construction, and analysis of the impact of project changes; coordinate progress among projects to meet business needs, and submit major project changes for feasibility analysis.
4. Promote and analyze project quality, schedule, and cost work; assist the project team in breaking down and analyzing quality, schedule, and cost targets; and drive projects forward according to plan.
5. Be responsible for information interfaces within the project team to ensure timely communication and implementation of project information within the team.
6. Collect project information, establish a project information tracking table, provide timely warnings on project risks and issues, organize each discipline to conduct phased project summaries, regularly share project information within the project team, and provide accurate analysis and proposals.
7. Assist in establishing and optimizing departmental project management systems and standardizing workflows at each project stage.
8. Organize and participate in regular project meetings and special project meetings, including preparing meeting materials, organizing participants, compiling meeting minutes, and tracking issues; support project gate reviews, project system audits, and related work.
9. Be responsible for timely filing and confidentiality of materials within the scope of duties, including project chronicles, collection of original project-related materials, and confidential project management work.
Qualifications
1. Automotive manufacturing process technology background, with more than 10 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years focused on the planning, design, implementation, or optimization of the four major processes: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly; deep understanding of at least 1 to 2 core processes.
2. International project management experience, having successfully led at least 1 to 2 complete process planning and implementation projects for large overseas automotive plants and served in a core management role at project manager or director level.
3. Cross-cultural leadership and communication coordination skills, with deep understanding and respect for working styles, communication habits, and business etiquette in different cultural backgrounds; long-term work experience in target regions such as Europe or the Americas is preferred; able to motivate, guide, and lead large multinational teams to achieve goals in complex, high-pressure, and multicultural environments; equipped with professional business communication skills in Chinese and English or other major languages of the target region.
4. Overseas adaptability and resilience, with the ability to adapt to frequent and long-term overseas business travel and overseas living and working environments.
5. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, automation, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related majors; master's degree or MBA preferred.
6. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, or proficiency in Spanish or another target-country language; basic understanding of overseas investment, labor, environmental protection, taxation, import and export, and related regulations.
