岗位职责
1、负责制订施工网络计划、月进度计划，落实月形象进度；主持工程协调会议，拟定实施工程进度奖惩办法。
2、负责工程质量和安全的过程控制，组织有关人员向工区和施工人员进行技术交底，主持质量事故和不合格工程的分析处理工作。
3、负责协调各工区、施工队交叉施工中的工序衔接与工作配合，定期或不定期组织工程项目检查，及时统计与总结，提出建议和决策意见；对不合格和不经济的施工方案行使否决权。
4、负责与业主、监理就工程施工计划、计量、质量、材料等事项进行请示联系，协调和处理业主、监理意见，负责工程项目变更、工程索赔的内部初审工作。
5、定期考核施工、技术和管理人员，负责施工队伍监管，参与劳务合同和分包合同审核，向项目经理推荐施工队伍和技术骨干人员。
6、负责材料与设备管理，做好内部和外租设备的管理和调配，以及工程材料采购、运输、储存、使用、防护与交付的监管工作。
7、严格按合同要求组织施工生产，将项目质量保证体系、环境管理体系、安全管理体系要求落实到各项工作中。
任职要求
1、大专以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程、工程管理等相关专业。
2、有大型国外项目经验，英语可作为日常工作语言。
3、5 年以上单元式或框架式幕墙项目管理经验。
4、具备较强的沟通协调能力，适应出差工作。

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for preparing the construction network plan and monthly progress plan, and implementing the monthly visual progress; chair project coordination meetings and formulate measures for rewards and penalties related to project progress.
2. Be responsible for process control of project quality and safety, organize relevant personnel to provide technical briefings to work areas and construction workers, and preside over the analysis and handling of quality accidents and nonconforming work.
3. Coordinate process handover and work collaboration among work areas and construction teams during overlapping construction, organize regular or irregular project inspections, conduct timely statistics and summaries, and provide recommendations and decision-making opinions; exercise veto power over nonconforming and uneconomical construction plans.
4. Communicate with owners and supervisors regarding construction plans, measurement, quality, materials, and other matters; coordinate and handle opinions from owners and supervisors; and be responsible for internal preliminary review of project changes and construction claims.
5. Regularly evaluate construction, technical, and management personnel; supervise construction teams; participate in the review of labor contracts and subcontracting contracts; and recommend construction teams and technical backbone personnel to the project manager.
6. Be responsible for materials and equipment management, including the management and allocation of internal and leased equipment, as well as supervision of procurement, transportation, storage, use, protection, and handover of project materials.
7. Organize construction and production strictly according to contract requirements, and implement the requirements of the project quality assurance system, environmental management system, and safety management system in all work.
Requirements
1. College degree or above in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management, or related majors.
2. Experience in large overseas projects, with English usable as a daily working language.
3. More than 5 years of project management experience in unitized or stick-system curtain wall projects.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, and ability to adapt to business travel.
