Project Delivery Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外系统项目的 POC、方案落地的部署交付。
2. 有效解决各类问题，及时规避风险，把控交付整体进度。
3. 配合售前收集用户产品需求，共同做好用户预期管理。
4. 负责用户和 SI 的赋能培训。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信类相关专业，英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
2. 有 2 年以上产品技术支持或项目交付经验，安防行业相关工作经验者优先，熟悉网络技术和 iTS 产品者优先。
3. 具有良好的沟通能力、服务意识与总结能力，工作严谨、细致，吃苦耐劳。
4. 有驾照，接受海外区域出差或常驻阿联酋。
工作地点与周期：驻阿联酋，驻外时长 2 年。
薪资：15-25K·15薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for POC work and deployment delivery for overseas system projects.
2. Effectively resolve various issues, mitigate risks in a timely manner, and control the overall delivery schedule.
3. Work with pre-sales teams to collect user product requirements and jointly manage user expectations.
4. Provide enablement training for users and SIs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronics, communications, or related fields; fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with English usable as a working language.
2. More than 2 years of product technical support or project delivery experience; experience in the security industry is preferred, and familiarity with network technologies and iTS products is preferred.
3. Good communication skills, service awareness, and summarization ability; rigorous, detail-oriented, hardworking, and resilient.
4. Holds a driving license and is willing to travel within overseas regions or be stationed in the UAE.
Location and duration: stationed in the UAE for 2 years.
Salary: 15-25K, 15-month pay.
