Project Presales Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责重大项目售前咨询服务，包括项目需求分析、技术交流引导和项目方案设计，指导项目技术架构设计与技术风险控制；
2、负责项目售前全生命周期管理，使项目售前方案及技术服务满足各阶段的进度、质量和目标要求；
3、负责行业市场与竞争分析，掌握目标行业和竞争对手动态，在项目售前过程中确保竞争优势；
4、根据公司销售重心，组合现有解决方案、产品和服务，深入挖掘行业客户潜在需求，形成具有创新性的行业解决方案。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子或通信类专业，英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言；
2、有3年以上相关方案设计、项目售前支持或项目管理经验者优先；
3、具备快速学习能力和国际环境适应能力，能够应对压力，并能良好进行时间管理和多任务并行处理；
4、具备出色的沟通交流、方案输出、宣讲能力及组织协调能力，具有良好的团队合作意识和敬业精神；
5、接受阿联酋、阿曼高频出差或常驻。

工作地点：驻阿曼。
工作语言：英语。
驻外时长：3年。
薪资：16-25K·15薪。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales consulting services for major projects, including project requirement analysis, technical communication guidance, and solution design; guide project technical architecture design and technical risk control;
2. Manage the full life cycle of project pre-sales work to ensure that pre-sales solutions and technical services meet the schedule, quality, and objectives of each project stage;
3. Conduct industry market and competitive analysis, track target industry and competitor dynamics, and ensure competitive advantages during the pre-sales process;
4. Based on the company's sales priorities, combine existing solutions, products, and services, deeply explore potential needs of industry clients, and develop innovative industry solutions.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, communications, or related fields; fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with English usable as a working language;
2. More than 3 years of experience in solution design, project pre-sales support, or project management is preferred;
3. Strong learning ability and adaptability to international environments, able to work under pressure and manage time and multiple tasks effectively;
4. Excellent communication, solution documentation, presentation, and organizational coordination skills, with good teamwork awareness and professionalism;
5. Willing to travel frequently to or be based in the United Arab Emirates or Oman.

Work Location: Based in Oman.
Working Language: English.
Overseas Assignment Duration: 3 years.
Salary: 16-25K, 15 salaries per year.
