Pre-Sales Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司产品和解决方案的售前支持工作，协助销售人员进行售前需求调研，分析客户需求，撰写技术方案建议书和投标书，讲解技术方案，演示产品并回答客户技术询问。
2. 协助销售人员推广、销售公司产品和解决方案。
3. 将客户对产品、技术的意见及时反馈给技术部门。
4. 剖析客户业务需求，深化设计方案，并协助交付人员进行方案落地。
5. 对内部销售人员和售前人员以及外部合作伙伴进行相关技术培训。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化及物流管理类专业。
2. 3年及以上物流自动化、电商或ERP/WMS系统解决方案设计、技术咨询、项目投标等相关工作经验。
3. 具备生产物流、制造仓储、电商及相关IT系统的需求分析、需求引导和设计能力。
4. 具备较好的解决方案技术沟通能力和演说技能。
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和资源协调能力。
6. 愿意常驻海外或长期出差，有海外工作经历优先。
7. 驻外国家/地区：巴西。
8. 工作语言：葡萄牙语。
9. 驻外时长：3年。

Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical support for the company's products and solutions; assist sales staff in conducting pre-sales requirement research, analyze customer needs, write technical proposals and bidding documents, present technical solutions, demonstrate products, and answer customer technical questions.
2. Assist sales staff in promoting and selling the company's products and solutions.
3. Promptly relay customer feedback on products and technologies to the technical teams.
4. Analyze customer business requirements, refine solution designs, and assist delivery personnel in implementing the solutions.
5. Provide relevant technical training to internal sales and pre-sales staff as well as external partners.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Logistics Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in solution design, technical consulting, or project bidding for logistics automation, e-commerce, or ERP/WMS systems.
3. Ability to analyze and elicit requirements and design solutions for production logistics, manufacturing warehousing, e-commerce, and related IT systems.
4. Strong technical communication and presentation skills for solutions.
5. Good teamwork spirit and resource coordination capability.
6. Willingness to be stationed overseas or travel abroad for extended periods; overseas work experience is preferred.
7. Overseas country/region: Brazil.
8. Working language: Portuguese.
9. Overseas assignment duration: 3 years.
