Solar PV Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责海外光伏电站项目现场整体管理，统筹施工进度、质量、安全、成本及人员、物料管控，保障项目按合同、图纸及规范落地交付。
2. 负责施工班组、当地合作方以及甲方、监理的对接协调，解决现场施工各类问题，把控施工关键节点。
3. 负责项目资料报送、进度汇报、分项及竣工验收、现场结算与移交等全流程工作。
4. 落实项目安全文明施工管理，遵守当地法规及公司管理制度，严控施工风险。
任职要求：
1. 具备海外光伏新能源行业项目管理经验，熟悉地面光伏电站施工全流程、工艺标准及行业规范，能独立统筹光伏项目整体运作。
2. 英语口语可正常沟通。
3. 岗位属于公司光伏项目派驻岗，入职后国内面试培训，完成培训后派驻项目现场。

工作地点与周期：驻阿联酋，驻外时长 2 年。
薪资：22-26K。

Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the overall on-site management of overseas photovoltaic power station projects, coordinating construction progress, quality, safety, costs, personnel, and materials to ensure delivery in accordance with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
2. Coordinate with construction teams, local partners, the client, and supervisors; solve various on-site construction issues and control key construction milestones.
3. Responsible for the full process of project documentation submission, progress reporting, sectional and final acceptance, on-site settlement, and handover.
4. Implement safe and civilized construction management, comply with local regulations and company management systems, and strictly control construction risks.
Requirements:
1. Project management experience in the overseas photovoltaic/new energy industry; familiar with the full construction process, technical standards, and industry specifications for ground-mounted PV power stations; able to independently coordinate overall PV project operations.
2. Able to communicate normally in spoken English.
3. This is a stationed role for the company’s photovoltaic projects; after onboarding and domestic interview/training, the employee will be assigned to the project site.
