About this task
岗位职责:
1. 贯彻落实当地法律、法规、政策及各项规章制度,建立健全本队管理制度。
2. 全面负责本队生产、经营、行政、设备、井控及 QHSE 管理工作,是本队安全生产第一责任人。
3. 按照作业计划书、岗位作业指导书组织施工,完成生产任务。
4. 组织召开班前班后会,做好风险分析和责任分配。
5. 组织开展技术培训、岗位练兵和新员工上岗培训,提高员工整体素质。
6. 负责成本核算、成本分解和成本控制,降低消耗,提高效率。
7. 负责制定人员值班、设备管理、薪酬分配制度,监督检查员工岗位职责履行情况,并进行考核、奖惩。
8. 监督设备维护保养,确认故障维修方案和维修效率。
9. 负责组织连续油管高难度作业处理方案,如遇卡、遇阻,并进行操作室操作。
10. 负责本队复杂情况和事故的预防、分析与处理,并提出事故责任处理建议。
11. 严格落实巡回检查制度,发现安全隐患、事件、事故按要求及时上报并处理。
12. 负责属地 HSE 管理工作,检查、指导、监督和宣传教育各岗位 QHSE 职责执行情况,定期组织急救、消防、防喷等应急演习,并制定应急预案。
要求:具备石油/石化行业经验优先;工作语言为英语;驻外国家/地区为阿联酋;驻外时长 6~12 个月。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement local laws, regulations, policies, and company rules, and establish sound team management systems.
2. Take full responsibility for the team's production, operations, administration, equipment, well control, and QHSE management, serving as the primary person responsible for production safety.
3. Organize operations according to work plans and job operation instructions to complete production tasks.
4. Organize pre-shift and post-shift meetings, conduct risk analysis, and assign responsibilities.
5. Organize technical training, on-the-job practice, and onboarding training for new employees to improve overall team capability.
6. Manage cost accounting, cost breakdown, and cost control to reduce consumption and improve efficiency.
7. Develop personnel duty rosters, equipment management, and compensation allocation systems; supervise employees' performance of job responsibilities and conduct assessments, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
8. Supervise equipment maintenance and confirm troubleshooting plans and repair efficiency.
9. Organize solutions for difficult coiled tubing operations, such as stuck pipe or obstruction, and perform control-room operations.
10. Prevent, analyze, and handle complex situations and accidents within the team, and propose handling recommendations for responsible parties.
11. Strictly implement inspection systems; promptly report and handle safety hazards, incidents, and accidents as required.
12. Be responsible for local HSE management, inspect, guide, supervise, and promote QHSE responsibilities across positions, regularly conduct first-aid, fire-fighting, and blowout-prevention emergency drills, and develop emergency response plans.
Requirements: Experience in the oil/petrochemical industry is preferred; working language is English; overseas location is the United Arab Emirates; overseas assignment duration is 6 to 12 months.
