海外工业基建类工程项目，项目所在地为阿联酋。
岗位职责：
1. 负责项目分包合同的商务谈判、签订及履约管理。
2. 负责项目材料采购计划编制、供应商询价比价及采购合同管理。
3. 跟踪分包及材料款项支付、结算，控制项目成本。
4. 配合项目经理进行项目预算、成本核算及商务风险管控。
5. 建立并维护分包商、供应商资源库，评估合作方履约能力。
6. 完成项目经理交办的其他商务相关工作。
任职要求：
1. 有工程项目现场经验，具备较强的组织协调能力和现场应变能力，能高效处理突发情况。
2. 熟悉项目管理流程及相关技术规范，熟悉工程合同商务条款、成本核算及采购流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，能够跨部门协同推进工作。
4. 责任心强，适应施工现场环境，能承受一定工作压力。
5. 机电工程、电气工程等相关专业。
6. 具备英语基础，能进行日常沟通及合同文件阅读。
薪资福利：
1. 人民币到手 10-12K/月，迪拜当地发工资。

5. 具备机电工程行业经验优先。

This is an overseas industrial infrastructure project located in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for business negotiations, signing, and performance management of project subcontracting contracts.
2. Prepare project material procurement plans, conduct supplier inquiries and price comparisons, and manage procurement contracts.
3. Track payments and settlements for subcontracting and materials, and control project costs.
4. Support the project manager in project budgeting, cost accounting, and commercial risk control.
5. Establish and maintain a resource database of subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate partners' performance capability.
6. Complete other business-related tasks assigned by the project manager.
Requirements:
1. Experience on engineering project sites, with strong organizational coordination and on-site response capabilities, and the ability to handle emergencies efficiently.
2. Familiarity with project management processes and relevant technical standards; familiarity with commercial clauses in engineering contracts, cost accounting, and procurement processes.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability to construction-site environments, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Major in mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
6. Basic English skills, with the ability to communicate daily and read contract documents.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Net salary of 10-12K RMB per month, paid locally in Dubai.
2. Meals, accommodation, and transportation provided.
3. One month of paid leave per year, which may be split into two periods; round-trip airfare is reimbursed for both trips.
4. Domestic social insurance and housing fund, Dubai social insurance, and work visa.
5. Experience in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry is preferred.
