About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责阿联酋学校、医院、办公楼等项目的全模块运营管理，制定并落地年度计划。
2. 引入国内先进物业管理经验，结合当地法规建立服务标准、操作流程及应急预案，解决现有管理痛点。
3. 负责当地物业等服务类项目的投标报价工作，推动项目落地。
4. 对接业主方（学校、政府机构等），定期汇报、处理投诉，维护高端客户关系。
5. 编制预算、控制成本，识别安全及合规风险并制定应对方案。
6. 负责业务开拓。
岗位要求：
1. 本科学历，具备大学英语六级及以上或相当水平的沟通能力，能熟练使用英语进行工作沟通、商务洽谈及文件处理；掌握基础阿拉伯语者优先。
2. 10年以上物业管理经验，有大型公建、高端物业，或学校、政府公建、高端写字楼等项目操盘经验；具备全周期管理或体系搭建经验者优先。
3. 精通工程、安保、环境、客服等全流程管理，具备体系化思维与强执行力，能从0到1梳理流程。
4. 领导力佳，责任心强，尊重当地文化宗教。
5. 身体健康，适应海外长期驻场。
工作地点：阿联酋。
工作语言：英语、阿拉伯语。
驻外时长：2年。
薪资：20-30K。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for full-module operations management of projects in the UAE, including schools, hospitals, and office buildings, and formulate and implement annual plans.
2. Introduce advanced property management experience from China and establish service standards, operating procedures, and emergency plans in accordance with local regulations to resolve current management pain points.
3. Handle tendering and quotation work for local property management and other service projects, and promote project implementation.
4. Liaise with owners, including schools and government agencies, provide regular reports, handle complaints, and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
5. Prepare budgets, control costs, identify safety and compliance risks, and develop response plans.
6. Be responsible for business development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree; CET-6 English or equivalent communication ability, with proficiency in English for work communication, business negotiations, and document processing. Basic Arabic is preferred.
2. More than 10 years of property management experience, with experience managing large public buildings, high-end properties, schools, government public buildings, or high-end office buildings. Full-cycle management or system-building experience is preferred.
3. Proficient in end-to-end management of engineering, security, environmental services, customer service, and related functions; systematic thinking and strong execution, with the ability to build processes from scratch.
4. Strong leadership and sense of responsibility, with respect for local culture and religion.
5. Good health and ability to adapt to long-term overseas onsite work.
Work location: United Arab Emirates.
Working languages: English and Arabic.
Overseas assignment duration: 2 years.
