Project Lead (Middle East)

About this task

岗位要求：
1. 45岁以下。
2. 从事路桥、市政工程工作10年以上。
3. 曾在民营企业担任项目负责人，或在央企担任项目生产经理、总工等职务。
4. 有出国发展意愿。
5. 英语基础好者优先。
6. 有土木工程行业经验者优先。
薪资待遇：20,000元人民币/月 + 绩效 + 分红。
工作地点：阿联酋。
工作语言：英语、阿拉伯语。
驻外时长：长期驻外。

Requirements:
1. Under 45 years old.
2. More than 10 years of experience in road and bridge or municipal engineering.
3. Experience as a project lead in a private enterprise, or as a project production manager, chief engineer, or similar role in a central state-owned enterprise.
4. Willingness to develop a career overseas.
5. Good basic English skills are preferred.
6. Experience in the civil engineering industry is preferred.
Compensation: RMB 20,000 per month + performance bonus + dividends.
Work location: United Arab Emirates.
Working languages: English and Arabic.
Overseas assignment duration: long-term overseas assignment.
